Titus O’ Neil is currently serving a 60 day suspension following an altercation with Vince McMahon, after O'Neil appeared to tug at McMahon following Daniel Bryan's post-RAW retirement celebration. The suspension could not have come at a worse time for O’Neil, with WrestleMania just around the corner it is almost certain that he will miss the “Showcase of the Immortals”. Everyone seems to be in agreement that Titus O’Neil would have been an entrant in the Andre The Giant Memorial battle royal, so he would have competed.

Humble Beginnings

O’ Neil has admitted that his actions were wrong and that he is regretting the decision. A key feature that O’Neil has, is that he has a fantastic ability to bounce back, and he will just have to pick himself up and take the bulls by the horn once he has served his suspension. Titus has never let adversity get in his way. Titus’ WWE career began on the second season of NXT however Titus failed to win. But he returned for NXT:Redemption and Titus impressed so much in this season of NXT that WWE decided that O’Neil and Darren Young deserved a call up to the main roster. Together Titus & Darren formed the tag team “The Prime Time Players” who at times looked as though they were going places only to be left in limbo.

Singles Run

In more recent times however O’Neill has gone on to focus on single competition. O'Neil entered the tournament to crown a new WWE Champion, but was eliminated in the first round by Kevin Owens. O'Neil also participated in a five-on-five elimination tag team match, teaming with The Dudley Boyz, Neville and Goldust to defeat Stardust, The Ascension, The Miz and Bo Dallas at the Survior Series Pre Show. At the 2016 Royal Rumble, O'Neil competed in the titular match as the 7th entrant, eliminating Goldust before being eliminated by Big Show. So he has shown his versatility and adversity to the WWE Universe which all fans hope he can continue to do, and given the push he was receiving, he should have the ability to bounce back to that position.
