As we head into the international break, round nine of the Toppserien provided plenty of action to send us off for a couple of weeks.
With the title race remaining incredibly tight, we have a new leader as we enter the break, while the same teams are struggling at the bottom in what is promising to be a similarly intriguing relegation battle.
Here's all the action from the weekend's games.
Stabæk capitalise as top two draw
The weekend's big game was a clash between the top two; leaders Avaldsnes and the chasing LSK Kvinner.
However, the game failed to live up to it's billing, with a goalless draw the outcome on Saturday - one that gave Stabæk a huge incentive the following day, as they knew that a win would take them to the top of the table.
They didn't hesitate to take the opportunity either, edging out a struggling Medkila side by a score of 2-1.
Victoria Ludvigsen and Mina Kjørum scored within 60 seconds of each other to put the title-chasing side into a comfortable lead halfway through the first period, but the hosts refused to roll over.
A strike from Ingrid Altermark on 30 minutes closed the gap and put Stabæk under significant pressure to keep their cool. However, they did exactly this, closing out the game to secure three points that take them to the summit on goal difference.
Slowly plodding on behind these three, meanwhile, remain Kolbotn. Only three points off the pace, the side in fourth picked up another win away at Røa.
Juliette Kemppi scored early on to give the title-outsiders the lead, and Solveig Gulbrandsen doubled it just a few minutes after half time.
The hosts pulled one back through Elisabeth Jeppesen but Kolbotn, alike Stabæk, kept their composure to clinch victory.
Still nothing for Urædd
While there are plenty of sides in the ascendency at the right end of the table, Urædd remain without a point this season after their ninth game.
They were quite emphatically denied anything on Sunday too, with Sandviken, not having the best start themselves, picking up a big 4-0 win that propels them some way away from the strugglers.
Goals from Sunniva Lillestøl, Sofie Skjelstad Jensen, Ingrid Spord and Vilde Øyri helped the team move into the top half of the table, a big boost after they sat just three places above the relegation zone beforehand.
For Urædd, they remain four points off of Medkila, who occupy the relegation play-off spot, and six points from definite safety, with Valeranga that team both are chasing in order to move out of the drop zone.
The Oslo-based outfit lost again this weekend, Arna-Bjørnar their conquerors as they moved up to fifth. Amalie Eikeland's brace and a late effort from Lisa Fjeldstad Naalsund gave them a 3-0 win, with Valeranga still in a precarious position above the bottom two.
Mid-table comforts
The one remaining game this weekend saw Trondheims-Ørn host Klepp - two of the mid-table pack.
Elen Melhus' seventh minute strike gave the home team the three points, meaning they sit seventh with 12 points from their first nine games - the same amount that Klepp and Sandviken also boast, while Arna-Bjørnar have 13 from their eight games played.
It's easy to see some divisions opening up in the standings already - with the top four seemingly clear, as well as the middle and bottom four. Teams will be looking to break down those divides when we resume after the international break.
