Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur side host Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday evening in a key game in Group E of the UEFA Champions League as they look to try and qualify for the knockout stages.
After three games the team have four points as they have lost one, won one and drawn one game so far. Therefore a win at Wembley this time around is imperative but there are a few fitness issues that Pochettino has for the game.
Couple of key players injured
Harry Kane has only returned to training recently after being out injured with an ankle ligament injury and is not quite ready for this game. Defender Toby Alderweireld will also miss the game with a knee injury which means Eric Dier is likely to take his place in the back four once again alongside Jan Vertonghen.
Saying all of this, though, who is likely to be in the starting eleven for the game?
Full-backs only changes in back five
Hugo Lloris is set to start in goal once again given how his form has been nothing short of sensational this season and his experience will be needed in goal for this game.
Full backs Danny Rose and Kyle Walker though are set to be rested and replaced in the starting eleven by Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies, who have played regularly in the competition to date.
Midfield to stay the same
Vertonghen and Dier will make up the rest of the back four that have been so good this season. The steel in midfield for the game is likely to be provided by Moussa Dembele and Victor Wanyama, who has really added an extra dimension to the Spurs midfield this season.
The width of the team is set to be provided by Christian Eriksen and Heung-min Son. Son will once again play against his former club once again and will look to make a big impact for the team that he did by scoring the winner in the game against CSKA Moscow. Eriksen will provide the extra bit of quality needed in a team from the wing.
Janssen will look to add to two goals in two games
Dele Alli will once again take up the mantle of playing in the number 10 role with the responsibility of providing the extra bit of quality needed in order to break down a good Leverkusen defence. Vincent Janssen will once again play up front in the absence of Kane and he will be hoping that two goals in his last two games will stand him in a good place to score yet again.
