That brings an end to today's live Premier League game between Tottenham Hotspur and Swansea City. I have been Brandon Sayer and until next time, have a good day.

On the other hand, Spurs needed this big win to back on track. Kane and Eriksen both scored a brace while Son scored the other as they closed the gap to Arsenal in fourth place to one point.

Well this is a day that Bob Bradley will want to forget as his side were comfortably beaten. They are lucky that they only conceded the five goals during the game as their struggles go on for yet another week as they are routed to the bottom of the table.

90+3' - The referee blows his whistle to end the game. Tottenham Hotspur 5-0 Swansea City.

90+2' - Goal for Spurs! Eriksen scores his second of the game to make it 5-0. A brilliant long pass played Sissoko is behind the defence and he squared the ball to Eriksen and he placed it into the back of the net. Swansea are heading back to the bottom of the table.

90' - The referee has decided to add on three minutes at the end of the second half.

87' - Tottenham substitution: Kane is replaced by Josh Onomah.

83' - Tottenham substitution: Dembele is replaced by Harry Winks.

74' - Walker is denied brilliantly by Fabianski, who is the only reason this score is not in double figures already.

71' - Both teams make substitutions. Son is replaced by Sissoko while Swansea also make a change as Routledge comes on for Barrow.

70' - Goal for Spurs! Eriksen makes is four. Alli was played in on goal by Kane but he saw his shot saved but Eriksen headed the ball into an empty net. Fer was also booked for a foul in the build up to the goal.

66' - Harry Kane has the ball in the back of the net but it was rightly ruled out for offiside. The striker wants that hattrick his performance deserves.

63' - Swansea substitution: Borja Baston replaces Montero, who was poor throughout the game.

61' - Jordi Amat receives a yellow card for dragging Alli to the ground. Swansea seem to have stopped the hosts from scong at will at the minute.

49' - Goal for Spurs! Kane gets his second goal of the game. The goal came on the counter attack as Eriksen played the ball to Son who then played it back into the path of Kane who smashed the ball into the net leaving Fabianski with no chance at all. Swansea didn't need that.

46' - The referee blows his whistle to begin the second half. Game on!

Swansea substitution: Llorente replaces Jay Fulton at the beginning of the second half.

Well after some frustration throughout the first half, Spurs finally got the breakthrough from the penalty spot as Kane stroked home with ease. Just to make things worse for Swansea, Son then doubled the lead on the brink of half-time which leaves them with a mountain to climb. Will they be able to do it? We will find out very soon. Stay tuned as we bring you the second half live in a few minutes time.

45+2' - The referee blows his whistle for half-time. Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Swansea City.

45+1' - Goal for Spurs! Son doubles the hosts lead on the stroke of half-time. A brilliantly worked goal found its way to the attacking midfielder who rocketed a brilliant half volley into the top corner of the net. Just what was needed in order to give the hosts some breathing space.

45' - The referee has decided to add on two minutes at the end of the first half.

42' - Dele Alli was played through on goal after a brilliant through pass by Eriksen but Fabianski came out and stopped the midfielder from making it 2-0.

39' - Goal for Spurs! Kane gets the opener from the penalty spot. John Moss gave the penalty after Naughton tripped Dele Alli in the box. The striker stepped up to take and made no mistake and that is just what the hosts needed this afternoon.

35' - Eriksen took a free-kick from the egde of the box but the shot went straight at Fabianski who made no mistake by catching the ball and not spilling it.

29' - A brilliant move from Spurs found Wanyama on space at the edge of the box but his weak shot was easily saved by Fabianski.

25' - Walker forced Fabianski to be on red alert to tip the ball over his bar after a shot from a difficult angle.

22' - Jay Fulton recieves the first yellow card of the game for a late challenge.

20' - Harry Kanes sees a brilliant header that was heading into the top corner of net well saved by Fabianski.

16' - A brilliant cross was whipped into the box by Eriksen in the direction of Kane but Fabianski managed to come out of his goal to get a crucial punch to the ball to stop the striker from giving the hosts the lead.

7' - There is a long break in play at the minute as Walker is down after a nasty collison with Neil Taylor. It looks like both players will be okay to continue. So far Spurs have had all of the possession without creating much.

1' - The referee blows his whistle to begin the game. Game on!

The team news from White Hart Lane is in. Stay tuned!

Another man to watch out for today is Gylfi Sigurdsson, who is of course Swansea's star man, but also a former Tottenham player. Speaking about the Icelander in his pre-match press conference, Spurs boss Pochettino stated that it was a shame that the club sold Sigurdsson to Swansea. They could definitely do with him at the moment!

It'll be interesting to see whether or not Moussa Sissoko is involved today after his past week, with the Frenchman banished from the Chelsea squad after comments over Spurs playing their Champions League home games at Wembley. Pochettino publicly shamed him, but has admitted that the midfielders attitude has improved over the past few days, so he'll be hoping for at least a spot on the bench today.

Although last weekend was their first defeat of the season, Spurs' poor form stretches a little further, with the Lilywhites having only won one of their last 10 games, a run that's come into fruition after the 2-0 win against Manchester City. It's in the Champions League where the poor form really hit them hard, with Pochettino's side out of the competition with a group game still to play. That game comes on Wednesday against CSKA Moscow, so the Argentine boss isn't likely to rest any players today ahead of that one!

The problem though is that the visitors lost on their last visit to White Hart Lane back in February 2-1. On that day Swansea took the lead through Alberto Paloschi before Nacer Chadli and Danny Rose scored in the second half to turn the game on its head for the hosts, who will be looking to seal a similar kind of result this time around.

Going into the game, Spurs sit in fifth place in the table, four points off a top four place and know that they must start winning in order to get up to where they want to be. Swansea, on the other hand, sit second bottom in the table but know that a win this weekend could mean that they finally jump out of the bottom three in the table.

Spurs will be looking to bounce back after last weekend's 2-1 loss at Stamford Bridge to Chelsea which ended their unbeaten start to the Premier League season. On the other hand, the Swans will be looking to build on their 5-4 victory against Crystal Palace last weekend which was their first victory since the opening game of the season.

This game is a very important one for both teams as they look to try and build up some momentum going into a very busy festive period.
