Northampton are up!

The whistle blows and Northampton Town have been promoted back to League One after a two-year absence!

A fully deserved win for the Cobblers, who played as complete a game as you'd want in a play-off final, brilliant in all areas.

Commiserations to Exeter as they will spend an eighth consecutive season in League Two, a third play-off final defeat in four years. They were poor on the night, but wouldn't have beaten this version of Northampton under any circumstances.

That's all for now! Congratulations again to Northampton as they are promoted to League One. My name is John Lupo and I will talk to you soon!
