FULL TIME: West Ham United 1-1 Aston Villa

Jack Grealish's goal completes the greatest of great escapes. ASTON VILLA ARE STAYING UP!

90 seconds separate Aston Villa and Premier League survival...

Four minutes added time.

El Ghazi comes on to replace Trezeguet.

Anwar El Ghazi is being prepped by Dean Smith. The biggest two minutes of Villa's season to come...

Felipe Anderson replaces Mark Noble.

West Ham level the game straight from kick-off. A deflected effort from Andriy Yarmolenko has levelled the scores. Heartbreak for Grealish who deflected the effort.

Massive chance as Keinan Davis has an effort flash across goal. Trezeguet is just too slow to react to get the tap in

West Ham have drew another cheap foul on the edge of the Villa box

A swerving run from Jack Grealish gave him a good angle for a shot, but Mark Noble just deflects it over.

Nakamba and Kortney Hause replace Conor Hourihane and Frederic Guilbert. Ezri Konsa goes to right back.

With Watford's resurgence against Arsenal, things are getting incredibly nervy here...

Marvelous Nakamba is being prepped by Dean Smith.

Keinan Davis replaces Mbwana Samatta.

Manuel Lanzini replaces Pablo Fornals for the hosts.

Villa are prepping their first change as Keinan Davis is stripped off and given instructions.

Manuel Lanzini is stripped off and ready to come on for the hosts.

Villa could be in trouble as West Ham have a free kick on the edge of the box...

It's a heart-in-mouth moment as it hits the side netting.

It's been a good first ten minutes for Villa, but their Premier League still balances on a knife edge...

Villa have had an early chance as a good ball is flashed across goal by Trezeguet, but it's hooked away before Samatta can see it.

John McGinn has also scuffed a shot and wasted a golden chance.

Back underway

Aston Vila resume the play.

The players are returning to the pitch. Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio are coming off and Andriy Yarmolenko and Sebastian Haller replace them for the hosts.

Aston Villa have made it to the break with their Premier League status still just intact. Next up is a nervy second half.

Chance for Aston Villa after some smart play from John McGinn and Conor Hourihane set up Jack Grealish. The Villa captain chokes his shot and Lucas Fabianski saves easily.

It's going to be a nervy final ten minutes of the first half. A West Ham goal would send Villa back to the bottom three on goal difference.

Declan Rice strikes the free kick after Noble's layup, but his wild effort flies way wide.

West Ham are enjoying another long period of possession and forced a cheap foul out of Frederic Guilbert in a dangerous position.

Watford have conceded again through Kieran Tierney and Bournemouth are beating Everton 1-0. As it stands, Villa are staying up, but anything can happen.

The West Ham attack has cooled and Villa can breathe slightly easier as they go in for the drinks break.

Fredericks is giving Aston Villa's defence hell. The hosts are well on top.

A chance for Villa as Ally Samatta has a header saved by Fabianski. His first effort on target since their defeat to Bournemouth in February.

A long ball forward from Issa Diop is missed by Konsa and finds the feet of red-hot Michail Antonio. However, he scuffs his shot and it goes wide. Massive let-off.

We're already having drama as Jack Grealish is renewing old feuds with Ryan Fredericks. The full-back got away with a stamp on the Villa captain while wearing Fulham colours in the 2018 Play Off Final.

We've had our first shot of the game with an ambitious effort from Trezeguet. Fabianski is untroubled however.

The hosts kick the match off.

The teams are in the tunnel...

Kickoff is in four minutes time...

Bye bye Pepe?

At 37 years old and not getting regular game time at his parent club AC Milan, this could be the final game Pepe Reina plays in football. Will it result in a Villa survival? Kickoff is in 20 minutes.

Aston Villa Team News

One change for Dean Smith's men as Frederic Guilbert makes his first start since the restart in place of the injured Ahmed Elmohamady. Neil Taylor returns to the bench.

West Ham Team News

It's confirmed that both Jarrod Bowen and Mark Noble have recovered from knocks as they both start.

The last time these two sides met, it was a rather turgid 0-0 draw at Villa Park. Arthur Masuaku was sent off for West Ham, but they continued to hold out. The only other notable event from the match was a scuffle between Villa's Tyrone Mings and Anwar El Ghazi.

Fighting Spirit

Villa have won two of their last three games, equalling their record in the previous 15 matches before.

History in the making

West Ham will debut their 125th anniversary kit today, but Michail Antonio will be looking to make his own piece of history. He is two goals short of Jimmy Ruffell's record ten goals in a calendar month for West Ham, set in December 1934.

Aston Villa fitness update

Ahmed Elmohamady remains injured following his hamstring strain against Arsenal. However, Neil Taylor is back in contention after recovering from his own hamstring injury against Crystal Palace.

West Ham United fitness update

David Moyes has no new injury concerns. Jarrod Bowen and Mark Noble have both recovered from knocks and are expected to be fit for the match. Tomas Soucek has also signed for the Hammers permanently this week.
