Approach to game

We've tried to go into every game believing we can get a positive result. Against the top teams we've played well without rewards and its all about tight margins. There is no easy games, but you can't write off any games either. We will approach the game the same and that is to try and get a positive result.

Sanchez growing in goal

I think Rob has performed well. He hasn't had to make loads of saves but he has stuck to the task well. He's at the start of his career and will get better and better, I know there is more to come and that's exciting for us

Last season v Spurs

The home run is what it is. We know we have to turn it around sooner rather than later. Home advantage has become less and less but we need to improve that. What happened last year doesn't really come into our thinking (3-0 win vs Spurs).

Challenge ahead

The Premier League is incredibly challenging. Credit to the players, they've stuck together. You have to suffer in this league but it's about how you respond and we will do our best against a top team this weekend

Recent outings

We've had a tough week. Playing Newport away, and then playing Manchester City, before Leeds United. We performed well across all three games and we have taken plenty of confidence from them. We then had a good performance against Fulham and the mood is good

Mourinho influence

I watched Jose work whilst he was at Real Madrid, he's always been someone I've looked up to and had an interest in since he stepped into the UK. The way he is as a coach and the way he conducts himself always interests me and he has had an influence on me as a coach. He is a master.

Spurs threat

It would be unfair of me to say they have another Harry Kane in the group as he is a fantastic player. It's going to be hard to replace him but the squad Tottenham have I am sure they will find a solution.

Any outgoings?

We have nothing to worry about (after the club's report of a loss). Thankfully we have a fantastic chairman who can support us. We have a value of our players and are trying to develop players to take us forward. You know where you are in terms of the football pyramid, so if the likes of Real Madrid come in for a player then we aren't going to stand in the way

Any transfer business?

I'm not expecting anything.  I've just been focussing on the games and preparing for the next match as they're coming thick and fast

Injury news

No fresh injury news after Wednesday. Both Danny Welbeck and Tariq Lamptey are making progress. Danny we hope to have back in training next week whereas Tariq is two maybe three weeks away

Moises Caicedo will be sure to be a topic of conversation, with Sky Sports reporting that the club are in advance stages to sign the Ecuador international

Last time out

Graham Potter was left frustrated after watching his Brighton side made to settle for a point against Fulham. After spurring so many chances to score, he will no doubt be asked how his side can find a solution to their problems in front of goal
