Disappointment for the Foxes
Full time: Leicester 1-3 Leeds
The hosts made a promising start after going a goal up through Barnes but were pegged back immediately through Dallas.
Bamford put the visitors in front in the second half with a shot straight in the top corner before sealing the victory by squaring the ball to Harrison to score into an empty net after an effective counter attack.
It was a day to forget for Rodgers as his team did not look as hungry for the victory as their opponents.

The Foxes put everyone forward for a set piece but Leeds break in a way that sent both Bamford and Harrison through.
Bamford unselfishly squared the ball to Harrison to take Schmeichel out of the game as the winger stroked the ball into an empty net.

An energetic contest
Half time: Leicester 1-1 Leeds
The Foxes took the lead through Harvey Barnes but were immediately pegged back by Staurt Dallas as Leeds became the dominant side.
Great work from Schmeichel denied the likes of Harrison and Raphinha from putting the visitors in the lead but the Dane's side just hasn't seemed to get going after the Leeds equaliser.
A big team talk is needed from Rodgers in a bid to be more competitive in the match but he can take some confidence in the fact that the sides are still level.

Thoughts for the match
Both teams are very much capable of keeping possession but you would expect Leicester to control the pace of the game due to home advantage as they look to chip away at the Leeds defence, with the visitors looking to hit out on the counter attack quickly through the pacey Raphinha particularly.
Leicester controlled the reverse fixture through two early goals and the Foxes will be looking to do the same today. It was that second goal in the first half that was crucial as Leeds are a side that you can never write off, meaning that Leicester will have to make sure that if they do take the lead today, they add to it.

Marcelo Bielsa on learning from the last meeting
"The games are not comparable and the reality of teams' change is on a weekly basis and the corrections that each team wishes to make are not linked to the next opponent but to the effects of the production that the team has."
Brendan Rodgers on Leeds
“It’s really enjoyable. They were coming off the back of some great results the last time we played them. Marcelo’s teams always play an exciting brand of football, and it’s a style you don’t usually see in the Premier League. I’m a big admirer of Bielsa and the job he has done. They play in a respectful way. They don’t argue with referees so much. They have great integrity in the game. I’ve enjoyed watching them and preparing to play against them."

Last meeting between the sides
The Foxes raced into a 1-0 lead through Barnes with only three minutes on the clock, before Tielemans doubled their lead in the 21st minute.
Staurt Dallas replied three minutes after the interval to bring his side back into the game but Vardy put the visitors back in the driving seat with a goal in the 76th minute.
Tielemans wrapped up the game in injury time with a penalty to secure his second of the match and all three points for his side.
Two teams always looking to attack
Despite Jamie Vardy being unavailable due to an operation, Leicester still have plenty of attacking threat with the likes of Harvey Barnes, James Maddison and Youri Tielemans all stepping up recently to share the burden of replacing Vardy's goals.
Leeds meanwhile have the ideology that attack is the best form of defence as their potency in attack has had to make up for a seemingly naive defence, conceding 35 goals in 19 games.
