Southend United host Walsall in Sky Bet League Two on Tuesday evening in a must-win game for both sides.
The visitors come into the game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to in-form Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
The hosts come into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw away at Scunthorpe on Saturday.
Southend boss, Mark Molesley, will be without James Olayinka, Terrell Egbri, and Nile Ranger as the trio remain out, and they haven't featured since their respective injury problems.
Walsall boss Darrell Clarke has no fresh injury concern. However, Hayden White will be out after receiving a red card against Bolton.
Southend United (4-4-2)
Oxley, Demetriou, White, Hobson, Hart, Holmes, McCormack, Ferguson, Hackett-Fairchild, Dieng, Akinola.
Roberts, Cockerill-Mollett, Clarke, Sadler, Norman, Kinsella, Perry, Melbourne, Goron, Lavery, Osadebe.
Ones to watch
Simeon Akinola signed for Southend United in the summer on a free transfer. His hard work off the ball and clever movement make him a threat to any defence. He has contributed with two goals and one assist in nineteen appearances in League two this season.
Walsall have struggled in the final third this season. However, their one bright spark has been Osadebe; his work rate and ability to drive with the ball makes him always one to look out for.
The last time the two sides met, it was Southend who triumphed, winning 1-0 back in November. In the last five meetings between the sides, it has been Southend who have edged it. They have won three and drawn one, while Walsall won the other.
How to watch
Due to the current national lockdown, there will be no fans in attendance when the two sides meet on Saturday. This means the game will be available on iFollow through Southend's and Walsall's respective club websites with passes priced at £10.
The game kicks off at 19:00 GMT on Tuesday 23 March 2021.
