How to watch Bournemouth vs West Brom on TV
If you're unable to be at the Vitality Stadium, the game is available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.
However, if you want to follow live updates, VAVEL.com is the place for you!
Previous meetings
The last meeting between the sides was at the Vitality Stadium in March 2018.
Bournemouth won 2-1 on that occasion, with Jordon Ibe and Junior Stanislas scoring after Jay Rodriguez had given West Brom the lead.
The Baggies haven't won away in this fixture since 2011, which saw them 4-1 victors in a Carling Cup tie.
Key player for West Brom
Grady Diangana is the key man for West Brom.
The winger struggled for goals in the Premier League last season, netting only once in 20 appearances.
However, during his loan spell, he scored eight and assisted six in 30 Championship games.
He will be even more valuable to the team now Matheus Pereira is leaving for Saudia Arabian side Al Hilal.
Key player for Bournemouth
One of Bournemouth's key players for this game is winger David Brooks.
The 24-year-old netted a brace in last week's 5-0 win against MK Dons, one of which was an excellent volley in the first half.
He contributed to 12 league goals last season, scoring five and assisting seven.
Who will be the referee and his assistants?
The referee for this game will be Darren Bond. His assistants are Mark Russell and Daniel Leach, while Andy Woolmer is the fourth official.
West Brom looking to put a marker down
The Baggies will be looking to put an early marker down following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
It is also Valerien Ismael's first Championship game with his new club.
The Frenchman guided Barnsley to the play-offs last season, where they lost 2-1 on aggregate to Swansea City.
It would be a statement of intent if West Brom beat a fellow promotion contender away from home this early into the season.
Bournemouth looking to build on last week's win
The Cherries will be looking to continue their impressive return to competitive action after beating MK Dons 5-0 last week in the Carabao Cup.
It is Scott Parker's first Championship fixture at his new club, who will be looking to put last season's disappointment of losing in the play-offs behind them.
The match will be played at the Vitality Stadium
Bournemouth will have home advantage in Friday night's clash with the game being played at the Vitality Stadium.
The maximum capacity is 11,364. West Brom received an allocation of 1,200 for this fixture.
