Tottenham Hotspur managing director Fabio Paratici has been in the Club since the summer, and he already had to deal with parting ways with a manager just two months into the season.

The Italian executive spoke to the media after Spurs appointed Antonio Conte as the team's new Head Coach.

Paratici not only addressed Conte's arrival, but he also took some time talk about how this signing will affect the Club's dynamic moving forward.

Working together

''Now is the right time because we spoke once with Antonio (Conte) this summer but was not the right time as was involved emotionally with Inter (Milan),'' Paratici said. ''This club supports everybody, not just the coach. We have to work, to be focus, be committed to be involved with this project. This is what we can do, we have to do. I think we can do the best.

We try to do the best for this club every day. It's not just about Harry but everyone else. We are striving to build something special''

Fabio Paratici has done a tremendous job since being appointed sporting director, and even played a huge role in attracting players this past summer in Cristian Romero and Emerson Royal.

Paratici and Conte have known each other for a while, considering they worked together during their stint with Serie A champions, Juventus.

''I worked with Antonio before,'' he added. ''I know him very well, he's a hard worker. A lot of passion and knowledge, one of the best coaches in the world. We have to work hard and be committed.''

When you appointment someone you think you have the best. Now we have to bring a good decision for the club and move forward. We are optimistic.''

Transfers

Lastly, Paratici was quick to shut down any transfer rumors for the January window, as he stated that the front office believes in every single squad player.

''Not at all. We trust in our players,'' the Italian said after being asked if he's spoke to Conte about transfers. ''We are focused to be better and like a team... We don't speak about players until now. We have to be focused on our team. I think the team is competitive. We have very good players so we don't speak about players now. Not the right time.''

Spurs are currently ninth in the Premier League race with 15 points.
