Thank you
Thank you for joining me for today's press conference. A piece on what Bruno said to me will be on our site at 10:30pm.
On a upcoming first-team player
"I have one is near ready for his opportunity in the team. We have one kid who can go inside the team and help us."
On Ruben Neves
"Since the first day I challenged Ruben to think about his career. He's 24 and it's the best age to understand. I know him and when we have the ball, he knows everything so he needs to work hard in a defensive way."
On his players
"I don't want to compare to the past because we can not forget what happened in the past four years, it was amazing.
"I don't like the special players, who can do just one thing. We scored a goal and we start that goal from our goalkeeper and we have a clean sheet because Raul, Podence and Hwang work hard to press and help us to win the game."
On transforming his squad's play from previous
"We need to train every time and create the right contest for the players doing the things we want and with time, it turns into a habit."
On his small squad
"I'm not looking for Champions League, I'm looking for the next game. The most important thing is for our fans to understand the challenge, not just for the team, but for the squad."
On Dean Smith
"He's one of the best managers in the UK. It's not a surprise for me that he has one or two weeks out."
On Raul Jimenez
"I saw Raul working very had. I'm very happy for him. He knows football better than me so he needs to continue to score goals and help us to a good performance."
On Boly
"He will not be involved in this game. Let's see, what time he needs to come back and be 100%."
On team news
Marcal and Bruno Jordao are looking good for a return BUT Willy Boly isn't doing as well. Leaving Wolves with only three CBs.
