Full-time: West Ham 2-2 Manchester City

It ends all square at the London Stadium.
West Ham lead 2-0 at half-time thanks to Jarrod Bowen's double before Jack Grealish and a Vladimir Coufal own goal drew City level.

City had a chance to win it at the death when they were awarded a late penalty, but Riyad Mahrez' effort from the spot was saved by Fabianski.

City move four points clear of Liverpool who can cut the gap to one when they play Southampton on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, West Ham have guaranteed themselves European football for next season.

West Ham should be 3-1 ahead!

Fernandinho's tame backpass is intercepted by Antonio and with just Ederson to beat, the West Ham forward lifts the ball over the bar.

City are at sixes and sevens at the back.

Laporte and Ederson get themselves in all sorts of bother before Zinchenko is stripped of possession by Jarrod Bowen.

The Englishman is on for a hat-trick but fires his effort into the side netting.

A good opportunity for City to test Fabianski here...

It's one way traffic here as Bernardo Silva goes close for the visitors.

West Ham will be hopeful that they can ride the storm and hit City on the counter as they did so effectively in the first 45.

It's been a very promising start to the second half for Manchester City.

Little to report in the way of action on the pitch, however there was a brief stoppage in play at Aymeric Laporte stood on the ankle of the linesman.

He had a quick check from the medical team and he's back up on his feet.

As expected, City have taken control of the possession.

They have yet to test Fabianksi between the West Ham sticks though.

Three changes for City

Aymeric Laporte and Fernandinho have both been deemed fit to start this afternoon, which is a big boost for the Citizens in their quest to secure a valuable three points.

There are three changes from the side that saw off Wolves in midweek, with Riyad Mahrez, Gabriel Jesus and Jack Grealish handed a start in place of Ilkay Gundogan, Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling.

Antonio, Dawson pass fitness tests

As expected, Michail Antonio and Craig Dawson have shrugged off their knocks from the victory at Norwich last weekend and earn themselves a start this afternoon.

There is no place in the starting XI for Mark Noble, but I'm sure we'll see him take to the pitch at some point this afternoon.

Manchester City: Team News

Manchester City's defensive woes continued on Wednesday, as Aymeric Laporte and Fernandinho were forced off with injury.

With John Stones, Ruben Dias and Kyle Walker already confirmed absent through injury, Pep can ill afford anymore defenders on the sideline as they look to retain the Premier League title.

Laporte is understood to have trained ahead of the game, but whether he is fit enough to be named in the starting XI remains to be seen.

The visitors have no further injury concerns.

West Ham United: Team News

West Ham will hand late fitness tests to Said Benrahma, Craig Dawson and Michail Antonio, with the trio forced off with knocks in the Hammers' 3-0 victory at Carrow Road last weekend.

It is understood that Dawson and Antonio are likely to be handed a start, although the situation regarding Benrahma looks a little more complicated.

There are no further fitness concerns for David Moyes' side.

One hand on the title.

Manchester City can all but secure themselves a fourth Premier League title in the last five years with victory this afternoon.

Pep Guardiola's side currently leads Liverpool by three points with just two games to go, they also hold a far superior goal difference to their nearest challengers.

Mathematically, Manchester City cannot win the title this afternoon, but they can take a huge step towards doing so.

Noble's last hurrah!

It's set to be an emotional afternoon at the London Stadium, as Mark Noble - Mr West Ham himself - makes his final home appearance for the club.

A lifelong Hammer, Noble has spent the entirety of his professional career with the London club, and has announced that he will be retiring at the end of the campaign.
