FORMER Sheffield Wednesday loanee Danny Batth headed a stoppage-time goal to take a point for Wolves against Leeds. The Whites wanted to bounce back after last week's defeat to league leaders Cardiff at Elland Road, and looked like doing so, and had the better of it before Lee Peltier put through his own goal to give Saunders' side a lead. Luke Varney fired home just after the hour mark to draw the Whites level. Ross McCormack looked to have won it for United from the spot after Bakary Sako tripped Sam Byram, but Batth headed home from a Jamie O'Hara center to earn a share of the spoils.

Sheffield Wednesday had to come from behind to earn a point at Hillsborough againts Nigel Clough's Derby. Ex-Blade Jamie Ward flicked a cute pass to Jeff Hendrick and the Irish international put The Rams ahead on 23 minutes. 2 minutes into the second half, Jamie Ward went down questionably underneath a Miguel Llera challeng and was awarded a penalty for his efforts. Ward stroked his spot-kick home and ran to jeer the Owls support. Michail Antonio scrambled home a goal from a corner. Then Antonio turned provider as Miguel Llera, soon to get his own day dedicated to him, headed an equaliser to leave Ward regretting his over-zealousness.

Barnsley pulled off a shock win at The Riverside beating promotion-chasing Middlesbrough by 3 goals to 2. Jim O'Brian gave the Tykes a shock lead on Teeside, before Mustapha Carayol and Curtis Main restored order to proceedings. Scott Goulbourne srapped a corner home and drew the Reds level, before Jason Scotland had a in-direct costless kick deflected over Jason Steele to take the points back to South Yorkshire.

League-leaders Cardiff were held at the John Smiths stadium by Huddersfield, The Terriers had a fair share of possesion but didn't see too many chances. The Bluebirds however had a few chances but were wasteful infront of goal. Hudderfield are continuing to float in mid-table while their search for a replacement for Simon Grayson goes on
