QPR XI: Green, Simpson, Onuoha, Dunne, Hill, Hoilett, Barton, O’Neil, Traore, Morrison, Austin

Wigan XI: Carson, Caldwell, Maloney, Gomez, McManaman, McArthur, Boyce, Beausejour, Perch, Kiernan, Fortune

Team Line-ups: Wigan - QPR.

We will have team news coming your way in roughly 20 minutes time.

Meanwhile, here is Harry Redknapp's thoughts. "My attitude and philosophy on football has always been to go and have a go. That won't change. We will be positive in the way we play and see if we can get at them at every opportunity. I wouldn't want to go away from home, not have a bit of a go and then come back home and get beaten."

Here's what Wigan boss Uwe Rosler had to say prior to tonights game. "This squad know all about big games at Wembley and that can only be a positive for us. We are playing against a squad with a lot of quality that can raise their level in a big game. But we have players who know all about last-day survival and we have some decent momentum and a positive frame of mind after finishing strongly against Blackburn.

Long-term absentees Matty Phillips (ankle) and Ale Faurlin (cruciate) have returned to training but  Harry Redknapp has ruled them out of featuring in the play-off campaign.

Ravel Morrison, Joey Barton and Richard Dunne return after they were rested against Barnsley on Saturday.

QPR will be without Benoit Assou-Ekotto. The on-loan defender has returned to Tottenham for treatment on a knee injury so Yun Suk-Young could continue at left-back.

Wigan are likely to make several changes from the XI which was beaten at Ewood Park with Ali Al Habsi likely to return in goal ahead of second-choice stopper Scott Carson. Ben Watson (broken leg) and fellow midfielder Chris McCann (knee) remain long-term absentees.

It remains to be seen whether young striker Nick Powell, currently on loan from Manchester United will feature after suffering tonsillitis of late. Prior to the 4-3 defeat  to Blackburn last weekend, Rosler had insisted Powell was fit but he was not included in the squad.

The Latic's manager stated he had one or two minor knocks within the squad but didn't give out the identity of any of his players.

Uwe Rosler expects to have a "good pool" to choose from ahead of tonight's tie with Londoner's Queens Park Rangers.

Good evening and welcome to the DW Stadium, for VAVEL's coverage of Wigan - QPR for the first leg of the Championship's semi-final first leg.
