Ole Gunner Solskjær has completed his second signing as Cardiff City manager, with the arrival of 18 year old, Mats Møller Dæhli, at the Cardiff City Stadium.

The Norway international has previously plyed his trade under Solskjær, during his stint at FK Molde, and has also enjoyed a number of years in the Manchester United youth academy, whom he joined at the age of 15.

Solskjær has spoken highly of the youngster upon his arrival at the club:

"He is a player who likes to take defenders on and play in between the defensive lines and look to create openings in this way. When you look at Mats, you see a player who could end as good as the likes of Nasri and Silva."

"I know what he is capable of because I had him at Molde also. He is an exceptional talent."

"The fact that he chose to sign for us when he had opportunities elsewhere shows his desire to do well at the club."

Cardiff suffered a disappointing 2-0 defeat at the hands of fellow strugglers West Ham today. Ole has stated that his players will look to put this defeat behind them as quickly as possible:

"We had plenty of possession and plenty of shots. But we didn't get going in the first-half. We had plenty of shots and chances in the second half, but things didn't really drop for us at times."

"We quickly put this behind us now. We've got some tough games coming up but if we get something it'll be a massive boost."
