According to Sky Italia, Fulham have made a £10.3 million bid for A.S. Roma forward, Pablo Osvaldo

The Italian international was Roma's top scorer in the Serie A last season, chipping in with 16 goals in 29 league appearances. However, the Giallorossi are looking to offload the striker, after his end of season antics. The forward publicly criticised then Roma manager, Aurelio Andreazzoli, after their defeat at the hands of Lazio in the Coppa Italia final on Twitter:  “You would do more good if you admit to being an incompetent…go and celebrate with those of Lazio.”

Osvaldo was also dropped from Italy's Confederations Cup squad due to this misdemeanor. FIGC President, Giancarlo Abete, stated: “I spoke to Cesare Prandelli about the situation and you know the spirit of the code of ethics, which safeguards respectful behaviour."

After signing Maarten StekelenburgFernando Amorebieta, and Derek Boateng, Fulham manager, Martin Jol, has made it explicit that he is looking for a few more players to add to the squad: "We're still looking for one or two more players to add to the squad... We would like to be in the top ten next season."

A.S. Roma are also looking to secure the signature of Arsenal flop, Gervinho, soon according to Sky Sports
