Following Liverpool’s incredible opening day win over Arsenal, where the Reds won 4-3, Jürgen Klopp’s men travel to Burnley for their second away and league game of the season.

The Clarets, however, suffered an opening day defeat on their return to the Premier League, after Leroy Fer’s late goal for Swansea City was the difference in that game.

Sadio Mane is expected to miss the game this weekend after picking up a shoulder injury during training.
However, Klopp could replace the Senegalese with Daniel Sturridge who is expected to return after recovering from a hip injury.
James Milner is also in contention to start after recovering from an ankle injury.
Centre-back Joel Matip could make his debut and Lucas Leiva is fit to play after both players recovered from hamstring injuries.
Sean Dyche could hand record signing Steven Defour his debut his debut at the weekend, after the Belgium midfielder signed for around £7.5 million during the week.
Jon Flanagan is on loan from the Reds and will be unable to play.
The Opposition
Burnley ended the Championship season strong after winning the league by four points, but despite this remain one of the favourites to go down this season.
The Clarets loss during the open weekend was their first league defeat in 23 games.
Burnley’s danger man is Andre Gray who fired them to the Championship title last season scoring 23 goals.
Head-to-head
Liverpool’s record is very impressive against Burnley having won all four Premier League meetings between the two sides without conceding a goal.
However, Jurgen Klopp’s men have only kept two clean sheets in their last 12 league games.
