Toronto FC are keen to take Brek Shea back to the MLS if Stoke City are willing to discuss a sale.
The 24-year-old, who signed from FC Dallas in January 2013, has failed to make an impact in England after making just three appearances in the Premier League over the last two seasons.
Earlier this season he spent time on loan at Barnsley where he made eight appearances in the Sky Bet Championship.
If he is to improve his chances of becoming a regular with US National Team, a move back to the MLS may be the best option for him.
