From today's verson of Gazzetta Dello Sport, you will hear that Bayern Munich will offer €5 million + Jerome Boateng to AC Milan for his half brother Kevin Prince in return. While this deal is very unlikely to actually go through, and offers very little substance, it would make a great deal of sense for Milan.

It has been reported recently that Kevin Prince has asked to be sold by Milan, and that they will glady allow this to happen. He is valued at €15 million by the club, and Gazzetta also said that Chelsea may be willing to match this price for the midfielder. Boateng has been a hit and miss for Milan this year, with only a handful of good performances coming this campaign after a fantastic 11/12 season. He has been played out of position at right wing and at a false 9 when his true position is central midfield. He is undoubtedly a good player, but not the type Milan need.

Another reason this deal makes sense is the fact that Milan lack a top quality center back. They have been preaching a youth project to their fans for the past year and Boateng, who is only 24, would fit the bill. He has played at the highest level with Bayern and can add more much needed stability to Milan's weak back line. He is a very under rated player in my opinion and would fit in quite well at Milan.
