Recent reports are suggesting that Serie A champions Juventus are looking to improve their excellent squad, by pursuing the signature of Roberto Soriano.

It was a good season for Soriano, as he appeared in 33 games for Sampdoria, contributing to six goals. He also made his debut for the Italian national team and looks to be part of a bright midfield and hopefully be selected for the Euros.

This has led to links with Juve, Napoli and AC Milan.

Per reports, Sampdoria are likely to ask for a fee of 15million euros for the midfielder as they look to cash in on his value at the moment.

Where could he end up?

It will be interesting to see where he goes because he could have different roles at each of the three clubs.

At Milan and Napoli he will be a regular starter in the midfield. He will be looked at as an attacking force centerally or hold the midfield down on the defensive end. He will earn regular playing time for both teams as they look to rebolster their midfields.

But at Juventus he may be a backup as they still have the likes of Paul Pogba manning the midfield as the main man. They also seem keen on reaching an agreement with Schalke and look to bring in Julian Draxler to be an attacking midfielder.

After losing Arturo Vidal and Andrea Pirlo, Juventus are desperate to get strong in the middle again and Soriano may play a key role in the team but he might not always be in the starting XI.

Trophies at Juve?

But the one thing Juventus can offer to him is the chance to win more trophies. A deep run in the Champions League could be in the works for Juventus again, and playing Champions League football is what many players want now-a-days. The fact that Juventus are going to be up there contending for major trophies could sway Soriano towards the Champions League finalists.

In the final weeks of the transfer window, Soriano could move teams and the possibility of contending for trophies could sway his choice of team if he choses to go.
