Wednesday marks the debut of Danny Murrell, who many will know as the protégé of the popular heavyweight Dave Allen.
Over recent years, it's been no secret that Allen has been coaching and mentoring the young boxer and having signed under the same promotional banner, we will see the 18 year old make his professional debut.

In terms of his opponent, he will be facing Dale Arrowsmith who is an experienced fighter who is eight years the elder of Murrell. His record stands at two wins and 37 losses as a professional and steps in the ring the bigger and clearly more experienced fighter.
In terms of his amateur career, Murrell was coached by Allen for several years and has had the backing of coach Jamie Moore as well. His record at amateur level is unknown however his experience around good fighters and backing from MTK, Allen and Moore give the young fighter a solid platform.
