For the final times this season, the MotoGP riders took to the track for Free Practice 3 to compete for the top 10 spots that gets them through to Qualifying 2. Marc Marquez was quickest at the end of the session, and British riders Cal Crutchlow and Scott Redding were the favourites to join them after Qualifying 1.
Hoping to leave on a high, Movistar Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo, who is set to join Ducati next season looked determined on track in Valencia where the riders began the final round of the season with Free Practice in the sunshine. The Spaniard dominated both sessions and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing made their long-awaited debut.
The fantastic 2016 MotoGP season draws to a close in Valencia weekend as the Moto3, Moto2, and MotoGP take to the Communitat Valencia - Ricardo Tormo, in Valencia, Spain for the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana.
