Belmont is one of the premier mid-major programs in the 2015-16 season, and the territory is nothing new for the Bruins. With the trio of Evan Bradds, Craig Bradshaw, and Taylor Barnette leading the way, the Bruins are poised for big things this season. South Alabama will give them a stern test, but the Bruins squeak out the victory in the end.

The Kennesaw State Owls have the benefit of playing on their home floor in the subregional of the Legends Classic, which will give them a boost from the get-go. IUPUI has played some strong basketball this season against high-profile opponents, but it’s tough to overlook the Owls on their home floor. Kennesaw State's Yonel Brown is a star, and he will lead his team to victory in this one.

But as tough it is to overlook the hometown team, it is also tough to overlook a team like Belmont who is loaded with talent. LSU and Marquette will bring two of the nation’s top freshmen to the limelight as Ben Simmons and Henry Ellenson go head-to-head. LSU has impressed this season, while Marquette has struggled to gain wins, and are coming off a blowout loss to Iowa. While Simmons has been impressive, fellow freshman Antonio Blakeney has been just as. Tonight, both will help LSU roll over the Golden Eagles.

Both the Wolfpack and the Sun Devils have found themselves on the wrong side of upsets so far this season, and are looking for a statement win to get back on track in 2015-16. Bobby Hurley is still adjusting to life at Arizona State, and that will leave the Sun Devils vulnerable on Monday as the players are also adjusting to Hurley’s systems. NC State will come away victorious.

Championship:
The LSU Tigers have a ton of talent in the program this season due to their high-profile freshmen. They have left their mark on the NCAA so far, and their stories will only grow as the season moves along. Adding a Legends Classic title to their resume would be a nice boost, and they have the players to do just that. The Wolfpack will play the Tigers close all game, but LSU will pull away down the stretch and score the win.
