A.J. Green is widely regarded as one of the top wide receivers in the NFL today. Green put his talents on full display Sunday as he had a career game that helped the Cincinnati Bengals defeat the Baltimore Ravens and improve to 3-0 on the season.

To say Green had a good game would be a monster understatement as Green completely torched the Ravens secondary. Green finished with 10 catches for 227 yards and two touchdowns. With the Bengals trailing 17-14 midway through the fourth quarter, Green put the team on his shoulders to ensure his team  a victory. On first down from their own 20, Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton found A.J Green in stride for an 80-yard pass that featured Green breaking multiple tackles en route to his first TD of the game. Green was not done there.

After a quick Ravens score, the Bengals were again forced to go down the field and get a touchdown. With just over two minutes remaining it was Green again who caught a seven-yard touchdown from Dalton.

After improving to 3-0, Green will look to dominate again as the Bengals host the 1-2 Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday. Green will look to feast on a struggling Chiefs defense that has given up a combined 69 points in the last two weeks. If the Chiefs defense can't step up next week, Green will likely have a good chance to again be in the discussion for offensive player of the week.

The other nominees for offensive player of the week were Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman who had 141 yards and three touchdowns to help the Falcons upend the Dallas Cowboys. The other was Green Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers who was 24-for-35 for 333 yards and threw five touchdowns as the Packers convincingly beat the Chiefs.
