Rio Tinto Stadium - Real Salt Lake will try to make another run at the MLS Cup for 2014. And the road begins the same way it began in 2013 with a match-up against the Galaxy. Hopefully for RSL, this will not be the come-from-behind fight to advance as was the case last year. And with the Galaxy not having won a match in their last three attempts and losing out on winning the Supporters Shield, Landon Donovan, Robbie Keane and company will look for a spark tonight to best a tough RSL side.

RSL hot streak - Real Salt Lake come into the play-offs having won the last three games and have not given up a single goal according to Mlssoccer.com for a total of 313 minutes since October 5th. And according to RSL Head Coach Jeff Cassar they are ready for the fight saying: “We're not scared of anyone. This group of guys knows what it takes to win in the playoffs. And you can see in the last three games where we're really amped it up a little bit.”

LA looking for some redemption - In order for the Galaxy to gain some ground, solid play is definitely on the docket. A sluggish start of the season definitely cost them early points and as a result forcing them to play catch-up towards the end of the season leaving some of the players a bit gassed including Forward Robbie Keane who was absent in the seasons last match against Seattle. The Galaxy will need Keane and his season total of 19 goals to assist in the effort.
