However, the Aguilas Cibaenas came from behind to win the last three games, crown themselves champions and earn the ticket to the Serie del Caribe.

The Criollos de Caguas are in the 2021 Serie del Caribe as champions of the Roberto Clemente Professional Baseball League. In the final series, they defeated the Indios de Mayagüez with a four-game sweep, quickly securing their ticket to the Caribbean party.
