INDIANAPOLIS -- According to RealGM, the Indiana Pacers and Myles Turner have agreed to the terms of his rookie contract. The official terms of the deal have not been made public due to policies of the Pacers organization. Turner is currently on vacation visiting his family in Texas, he will likely sign his contract when he's done.

Joseph Young has officially signed his contract with the Indiana Pacers. According to RealGM and the Indianapolis Star, the length of Joseph Young's contract is four-years with two guaranteed seasons. Both sources also reported that the contract is estimated to be worth over $4 million. Since he is at the age of 23 now, his contract will expire when he is 27.

Myles Turner has agreed to the terms of his contract, however, multiple sources have stated that he hasn't officially signed the contract yet. According to Yahoo Sports, Turner is expected to make around $2.4 million in his first season. The remainder of the terms are currently unknown since it is club policy to not release them yet.

Both Myles Turner and Joseph Young had very impressive performances at the Orlando Summer League. Both players were named to NBA-TV's All-Orlando Summer League Team. This came with little surprise considering the fact that Young finished first in scoring (22.5 PPG), Turner was third in scoring (18.7 PPG), and Turner was fourth in rebounding (8.3 RPG).

Myles Turner has an oppurtunity to make an impact right away for the Pacers. According to Candace Bukner's league source, the Pacers are 'leaning towards' starting Jordan Hill at center. That would result in the Pacers bringing Myles Turner off the bench. It appears that this scenario would be best for Turner and Pacers until he gets acclimated fully to the NBA.

There are no guarantees for Joseph Young in the playing time department. Indiana may not have another backup point guard, but they do have three players that will receive heavy minutes at both the shooting guard and point guard positions. If the Pacers don't sign a second-string quality point guard, Joseph Young could come off the bench in a complimentary role with likely a small amount of minutes.
