INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Pacers have officially filled out their 15-man roster for the 2015-16 season. Their team has all been signed to guaranteed contracts. On Tuesday, the Pacers had the signings of the following players become official: Rakeem Christmas, Glenn Robinson III, Shayne Whittington, and Lavoy Allen.

There has been a ton of roster turnover for the Pacers this offseason. The following players are the only players that are returning from this past season: Paul George, George Hill, C.J. Miles, Rodney Stuckey, Ian Mahinmi, Lavoy Allen, Solomon Hill, and Shayne Whittington.

It is safe to say that the Pacers have gone through a significant amount of change this offseason. The following players from last year's team are no longer on the roster: Roy Hibbert, David West, C.J. Watson, Donald Sloan, Damjan Rudez, A.J. Price, and Chris Copeland.

To fill the holes of the departed players, Indiana has acquired some new players. The following players are signed to guaranteed contracts that weren't on the team last season: Monta Ellis, Myles Turner, Joseph Young, Rakeem Christmas, Glenn Robinson III, Chase Budinger, and Jordan Hill.

Both Glenn Robinson III and Rakeem Christmas were signed using cap space. Shayne Whittington was signed to a minimum deal so the team could go over the salary cap to sign him. Indiana used Bird Rights to sign Lavoy Allen, which allowed for the team to go over the salary cap to sign him. Indiana is currently -$1,540,082 over the salary cap, but they do have $13,159,918 in luxury tax room. Indiana has $71,540,082 in total salaries, the salary cap is set at $70,000,000, and the luxury tax threshold is set at $84,700,000.

Here is some detailed information about Lavoy Allen's contract from Spotrac.com:

Lavoy Allen signed a 2-year/$8,050,000 contract with the Indiana Pacers, including a $1,500,000 signing bonus, $8,050,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $4,025,000. In 2015-16, Allen will earn a base salary of $3,550,000 and a signing bonus of $1,500,000. Allen has a cap hit of $4,050,000 while his dead money value is $8,050,000. Allen's final year of his contract is a player option of $4,000,000.

Here is some detailed information about Shayne Whittington's contract from Spotrac.com:

Shayne Whittington signed a 2-year/$1,825,490 contract with the Indiana Pacers, including $845,059 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $912,745. In 2015-16, Whittington will earn a base salary of $845,059. Whittington has a cap hit of $845,059 while his dead money value is $845,059.

Here is some detailed information about Rakeem Christmas's contract from Spotrac.com:

Rakeem Christmas signed a 3-year/$3,157,026 contract with the Indiana Pacers, including $2,109,368 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $1,052,342. In 2015-16, Christmas will earn a base salary of $1,007,026. Christmas has a cap hit of $1,007,026 while his dead money value is $2,109,368.

Here is some detailed information about Glenn Robinson III's contract from Spotrac.com:

Glen Robinson III signed a 3-year/$3,241,000 contract with the Indiana Pacers, including $1,100,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $1,080,333. In 2015-16, Robinson III will earn a base salary of $1,100,000. Robinson III has a cap hit of $1,100,000 while his dead money value is $1,100,000.

The Pacers used some creative structures for some of these contracts. Glenn Robinson III only has the first year of his contract guaranteed. Rakeem Christmas only has the first two seasons of his contract guaranteed. Lavoy Allen's contract is fully guaranteed, however, and the final season includes a team option. Shayne Whittington's contract is only guaranteed for the first season of the contract. Indiana was smart to make these contracts flexible in case they disappoint on the court.
