1. Oakland Raiders: Leonard Williams, DL Southern Cal. He’s being compared to Richard Seymour and they seem set on Derek Carr at QB. If the front office is scrambled, all bets are off.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Randy Gregory, DE/OLB Nebraska. He fixes a lot of their problems. They'd love to get an offensive play maker, but no-one really fits that description.

3. New York Jets: Marcus Mariota, QB Oregon. They need a ready to play polished pocket passer, so of course they they take the big name that has a lot of flashy highlights. Let's call him the Anti-Sanchez! Jets football FTW!

4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Connor Cook, QB Michigan State. Cook might not have the pure potential of Crazy Crab Legs Winston, but you know you don’t have to have the team attorneys on speed dial when the sun goes down and he won't randomly throw the ball right at defenders (which Winston does repeatedly).

5. Atlanta Falcons: Shane Ray, DE/OLB Missouri. Atlanta has seven sacks on the season. Seven.

6. Tennessee Titans: Sean Mannion, QB Oregon State. Mannion is an object of curiosity among scouts. Some think he’s a star in the making, some think he’s fool’s gold. Tennessee needs an answer at QB and Mettenberger probably isn’t that. If Winston impresses the scouts, then he could go here.

7. St. Louis Rams: Todd Gurley, RB Georgia. The Rams will love that he missed four games in his final year. Less tread on the proverbial tire and Gurley on that turf should be fantastic.

8. Chicago Bears: Benardrick McKinney, LB Mississippi State. The Bears' defense has a lot of issues, but it hasn’t been the same since they dumped Urlacher and Briggs turned into a pumpkin. McKinney is a rock at LB who can play just about anywhere.

9. Minnesota Vikings: Devin Funchess, TE Michigan. He’s an under whelming prospect, but the Vikings need an answer at TE. Nick O'Leary in Round 2 probably makes more sense.

10. Washington Redskins: Andrus Peat, OT Stanford. Either he supplants Morgan Moses at RT (and Moses moves to guard) or Peat plays LG. He's a smart mauler with great experience and technique and could become Gruden's Andre Smith (RT) or Whitworth (swing Tackle and starting Guard).

11. New Orleans Saints: Trae Waynes, CB Michigan State. Their CBs are truly horrible. Waynes can press well and allows them to save cash elsewhere.

12. New York Giants: Dante Fowler, Jr, DL Florida. Even if Pierre-Paul stays in NYC, they need an interior rusher. Their GM loves to go "best player available" so this could be Winston.

13. Carolina Panthers:  La’El Collins, OL LSU. Name their left tackle. Actually don’t. You probably know it if you’ve watched a couple Panthers’ games from the announcers saying that he blew yet another pass block.

14. Houston Texans: Jameis Winston, QB Florida State. Even putting aside all his off the field issues, scouts are very worried about his mechanics and tendency to force throws that he can’t make.

15. Cleveland Browns: Brandon Scherff, OT Iowa. The strength of that team has been the offensive line of late. Thomas and Mack are as good as it gets, but the rest has become so-so.

16. Kansas City Chiefs: Amari Cooper, WR Alabama. A play maker for an offense that needs one. Thriving in Kiffin's more pro style offense makes Cooper much more attractive to teams.

17. Miami Dolphins: Shaq Thompson, LB Washington. The Dolphins are a play maker at LB away from being a serious team. Then all they need is a new head coach.

18. San Francisco 49ers: PJ Williams, CB FSU. They need CB talent in the worst way.

19. Seattle Seahawks: Markus Golden, DE/OLB Missouri. Seattle has two mandates in the offseason: improve the TE spot and the pass rush (10 sacks on the season).

20. Baltimore Ravens: Jalen Mills, DB LSU. They seem happy with Forsett at RB for now and you shouldn’t expect a big move in the offseason right now. Mills is a smart multi-position DB for a defense that needs one.

21. Cleveland Browns (from Buffalo): Kevin White, WR West Virginia. Whether or not Gordon is in the Browns’ plan they need a WR. White is Anquan Boldin 2.0.

Buffalo's 2nd round pick: Brett Hundley, QB UCLA. The scouts are all over the place with Hundley. Some think he’s a bust in the making, some think that he’s going to be a steal. They all agree that he’s not a 1st rounder right now.

22. Green Bay Packers: Eric Kendricks, LB UCLA. The Packers would want Shaq Thompson or Dante Fowler Jr. to fix that defense. They’ll be happy with Kendricks.

23. Indianapolis Colts: Shawn Oakman, DL Baylor. Without Redding (at times) and Arthur Jones, the Colts’ defense was helpless in the face of the Steelers’ offense.

24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Cedric Ogbuehi, OL Texas A&M. Ogbuehi has seen his draft stock fall like Enron this season, but the Steelers could take the risk. Especially if a top flight pass rusher isn’t available here

25. San Diego Chargers: Melvin Gordon, RB Wisconsin. Ryan Matthews is an UFA and the team looks ready to move on.

26. Cincinnati Bengals: Alvin Dupree, DE/OLB Kentucky. He’s maybe a bit undersized for a 4-3 DE spot, but so was Michael Johnson. And he did great for them.

27. Philadelphia Eagles: Landon Collins, S Alabama. The Eagles saw Malcolm Jenkins blow up in their faces and Nate Allen isn’t doing much for them either. Collins has serious flaws, but its not bad value here.

28. Dallas Cowboys: Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB Michigan State. Even if DeMarcus Lawrence is a hit of a pick, they need another edge rusher. Ask Colt McCoy, he had plenty of time to throw behind the Redskins’ awful offensive line.

29. Detroit Lions: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB Oregon. A DT to replace Suh is a possibility, but they still love “best player available” in the Motor City.

30. New England Patriots: Ty Montgomery, WR Stanford. Montgomery probably isn’t the burner that they really need. But with Gronk seemingly healthy, they really need a medium threat over a deep threat. Montgomery is smart, runs good routes and won’t make mistakes.

31. Arizona Cardinals: Leonard Floyd, LB Georgia. When Sam Acho is your primary rusher, you need talent. If Todd Bowles stays, there's no way that they take Vic Beasley instead of Floyd.

32. Denver Broncos: Mario Edwards Jr, DL Florida State. Their defense is clicking so far, but someone will find a chink in the armor.
