Sometimes the coaching carousel is a thing of beauty. Coaches simply go from one team to another and they get rotated around. You never know who is going to land where, but with all the Head Coaching positions filled, it is time for the teams to start filling in with their openings that have taken place. The Bengals featured two big openings as their Offensive Coordinator Hue Jackson is now the Head Coach of the Cleveland Browns. Also, their Defensive Backs Coach Vance Joseph was hired by the Miami Dolphins to be their newest Defensive Coordinator. With spots to fill, they ended up hiring a few former Dolphins coaches as many members of Joe Philbin's staff were definitely available with him getting fired early in the 2015 regular season.

Bill Lazor

Now, with him being fired as the Defensive Coordinator of the Dolphins back on November 30, Lazor has been able to have some time off away from football. But unfortunately for Lazor, the Offensive Coordinator position was already filled as Head Coach Marvin Lewis promoted his Quarterbacks Coach for the last 13 years in Ken Zampese. But Lazor has accepted the position to be the new Quarterbacks coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, so he will work with Andy Dalton and AJ McCarron primarily. He has worked as a quarterbacks coach before under legendary coaches such as Joe Gibbs and Mike Holmgren, most recently he was a quarterbacks coach underneath Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly during the 2013 season.

Kevin Coyle

Oddly enough, Kevin Coyle is coming back to the Bengals after being Defensive Backs Coach for the Bengals for 11 seasons. But he is being welcomed back into the same role after having the opportunity that everyone hopes for in coaching for 35 years. He became a Defensive Coordinator for the Dolphins during the 2012 off-season and hadn't ever been a coordinator in the NFL before this opportunity. Previously to being the Defensive Coordinator for the Dolphins, he had been with the Bengals for 11 seasons and had previously been a Defensive Coordinator in college for teams like the Syracuse OrangeMaryland Terrapins, and the Fresno State Bulldogs
