The agent of Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani has admitted the Striker is open to a move away from France, with England being a preferred option.

The 28-year old has scored eight goals in 28 Ligue 1 appearances this season but has been heavily linked with a move away this summer. Premier League sides Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all said to be interested in the PSG man.

The Uruguayan’s future is yet to be determined after he refused to rule out a possible transfer from the French champions, leaving Europe’s most prestigious clubs on high alert.

Claudio Anellucci represents the former Napoli man, and although he claims it is too early to make any presumptions about a transfer, he is not ruling it out. He has stated that the Premier League and La Liga are the only two viable options, should his client decide to move on from the Parc des Princes.

Cavani’s future at PSG was thrown into further scrutiny recently following a spat with head coach Laurent Blanc during Sunday’s victory over Marseille. The Frenchman’s decision to substitute Cavani for Ezequiel Lavezzi on the 59th minute was met with anger from the Uruguay International, who exchanged some heated words with his boss.

It is believed that the forward has grown tired of playing second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimović, with Blanc often opting to play him out of position in order to keep the Swedish International happy.

But with huge bids reportedly being prepared by the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea, Cavani’s time in Paris could be nearing its conclusion.
