Manager's pre-match comments: CD Mirandés
Mirandés manager Andoni Iraola said: "The results for the next game cannot affect you too much. We had little time to prepare for the match, but this time we are both in the same condition.
"You have to get used to this rhythm and this way of preparing for the matches."
Manager's pre-match comments: CD Tenerife
Tenerife manager Rubén Baraja said: "It is always important to achieve victory and more if you are a recognisable team. We won away from home, where we lacked some ambition to find our opponents goal. Whenever you win it generates confidence in the message.
"If we had had more time, maybe it would have gave us the opportunity to repeat the line-up, but we have three days and another game on Saturday. We have to focus on Mirandés."

Mirandés battling for Play-Offs
Another serious contender for promotion this season is Mirandés, who've won two of their three games since the return.
Los Rojillos finished third and gained promotion from Segunda División B last season and have certainly made their intentions clear this year. Mirandés went all the way to the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey this season, beating Celta Vigo, Sevilla and Villarreal along the way.
Mario Barco was on target in their last match, but a goal in either half from Pablo Valcarce condemned Mirandés to a 2-1 defeat at home to SD Ponferradina.
Tenerife looking to make it two wins from two
It had been, somewhat, frustrating since the return of the league for Tenerife. After losing to Fuenlabrada on their return, in a game that they just didn't get much going in the final third, they were held to a goalless draw against Malaga at home.
Baraja's men picked up a hugely important three points in their last outing. A dominant and professional display was rewarded away to Racing Santander, despite a late fightback from the home side. Tenerife, with a win today, would lift them to within three points of the play-offs and their hopes for promotion would be well-and-truly alive.
Race for the Play-offs
The race for promotion is extremely close in LaLiga SmartBank and there will be, no doubt, twists and turns throughout the final eight games of the 2019-20 season.
Mirandés sit eighth in the table with 48 points from their 34 games, just one point outside of the play-offs. A win this afternoon could take them up to fifth, above both Elche and Girona.
Meanwhile, Tenerife are as many points outside of the top six as they are to the relegation zone. With 43 points from their 34 games, Rubén Baraja's side will be wanting to look above them and not over their shoulders and three points today would be important.
Kick-off time
CD Tenerife vs CD Mirandés will be played at Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López, in Santa Cruz, Tenerife. The kick-off is scheduled at 18:30 BST.
