Raw kicks off with the Wyatt Family making their way to the ring. Bray goes on his normal Charles Manson like rant. Before Bray can lead the crowd in another rousing rendition of "He's got the whole world in his hands" Cena run in from the crowd and drops Bray with the Attitude Adjustment.

This was a good opening segment. The dynamic between Cena and Bray continues to pay dividends. The only thing is having them face off in a Last Man Standing match seems a bit silly. Cena has never lost that match type and Cena will never lose that match type.

Singles Match: Cesaro w/Paul Heyman vs. United States Champion Sheamus-

Great back and forth match between two of the better performers in the WWE. Sheamus has come a long way since being shoved down are throats and winning the WWE championship in a terrible Tables match against John Cena so many years ago. Heyman distracts the ref as Sheamus goes for a pin. Sheamus goes after Heyman, but Cesaro grabs him from behind and hits a huge bridging German suplex for the win.

Cesaro defeats Sheamus via pin fall.

Will this match lead to a feud for the U.S. title? Let's hope so.

Beat The Clock Challenge: Big E vs. Ryback (w/ Curtis Axel)-

This match went as expected. Big E gets the win after the Big Ending. Can Ryback fall any further at this point?

Big E defeats Ryback by pin fall.

Mixed Tag Match: R-Truth & Naomi (w/ Cameron) vs. Fandango & Layla-

Before the match can start Summer Rae makes her way to the ring and starts kissing Fandango. She then tackles Layla and they brawl until Fandango pulls them apart.

No Contest

Hmmm not sure what the heck we just witnessed. If any of you have any idea what the point of any of this is, please sound off in the comments.

Daniel Bryan's theme hits but Stephanie McMahon comes out instead. She mentions Daniel Bryan's neck surgery. She goes on to say she might strip Bryan of the title and give it to someone more deserving. She says she won't, but Bryan needs to do the right thing and relinquish the title on RAW next week, because that is best for business.

Hate to say it but Steph is right on this one. The champ can't be out of action for more than 3 months. What do you think about all if this? Let us know below.

Singles Match: Heath Slater (w/ The Union Jacks) vs. Rusev (w/ Lana)-

I think this is Rusev's first match against a non-black superstar. The end result is the same though

Rusev defeated Heath Slater via submission.

Beat The Clock Challenge: Rob Van Dam vs. Alberto Del Rio-

The fact that these two are in the IC title picture elevates the belt in a way it hasn't been in ages. Kick back and forth match. Van Dam misses the Five Star Frog Splash. Del Rio goes for his super kick, but Van Dam ducks and rolls him up for the win.

Rob Van Dam defeats Alberto Del Rio via pin fall.

Singles Match: Seth Rollins vs. Batista-

Triple H comes out and he is named guest ring announcer. Then Randy Orton is made the timekeeper. Not to be outdone, Rollins says Reigns and Ambrose will be at the commentary desk.

As Rollins hits a suicide dive, The Shield and Orton and HHH get into it on the floor as Batista tries a spine buster but Rollins counters with a kick to the face, he also connects with a knee to the head before heading up top. Orton distracts the ref while HHH shoves Rollins off the turnbuckles. A Donny Brook issues between both teams.

Seth Rollins defeats Batista via disqualification.

This was a fun match. Looks like the WWE has finally figured out that Rollins is money in the ring. He can make anyone look good.

Divas match: Alicia Fox vs. Divas Champion Paige-

Alicia hits stiff backbreaker on Paige. She then slams Paige into the ring post before kicking her in the head for the win. Shocking win.

Alicia Fox defeats Paige via pin fall.

After the match Alicia puts the ref in a headlock and runs around. She is screaming that she won. She then puts King's crown on and pours a soda on herself on the barricade. Not sure what just happened but looks like someone is in line for a push! Say what you will but Alicia has gotten a lot better over the years. It will be interesting to see how this all turns out.

Beat The Clock Challenge: Mark Henry vs. Dolph Ziggler-

This match should be for a world title shot, not an IC title shot. That said, it really does elevate the IC titles status that another set of former world champs are vying for it. Henry lifts him for a World's Strongest Slam, but Dolph hits a Zig-Zag as time runs out.

No contest.

After the match, Rob Van Dam comes out because he won the beat the clock challenge. Before Van Dam can gloat, Barrett runs up behind him and hits the Bull Hammer Elbow. Van Dam is laid out.

It would seem the WWE has totally given up on Big E at this point. The Barrett/Van Dam match will be great but the fact that this is taking place at Payback instead of Barrett/Big E speaks volumes. What happens now for Big E?

Adam Rose segment... Sigh. Remember when Jack Swagger was the world heavyweight champion?

Seriously, how hasn't Russell Brand sued the WWE at this point?

Singles match: John Cena (w/ The Usos) vs. Luke Harper (w/ The Wyatt Family)-

Harper gets to shine once again. He hits Cena and takes him down with a fall away slam. After a short break, Harper gets a near fall before. He follows that up with a gator roll into a suplex.

The match reaches its climax as Cena tries to lock in the STF. Rowan runs in to break up the submission attempt but Jimmy super kicks him out of the ring. Jimmy dives off of the apron onto Rowan. Before they can celebrate, Bray takes both Usos down with Sister Abigail. Cena hits the AA but Rowan runs in and which causes a disqualification.

John Cena defeats Luke Harper via disqualification.

After the match Bray hits Sister Abigail on top of the stage. He then counts to ten as Cena is laid out.

That was a great close to another episode of Monday Night Raw. Will Bray actually defeat Cena in a last man standing match? Will Daniel Bryan appear next week and surrender the WWE World Heavyweight title? Stay tuned folks!
