What happens when you spend millions on players? Normally you would assume you would get results quick and plenty. For QPR and Mark Hughes the results have only come in the past few weeks. Wins over Arsenal, Liverpool and Swansea have left Joey Barton and company believing once again and a win over West Brom would go along way to cementing Premier League status for next season.

West Brom have lost four of the past six games and have nothing left to play for and one feels that with the right approach this could be a strong QPR victory.

The key man to curb is Peter Odemwingie with nine goals in his second Premier League campaign, the powerful Nigerian is a constant threat and Mark Hughes knows a tight defence today will allow his experienced strike force to take care of business.

With things tight at the bottom of the table anywhere from sixteenth down is looking like a scrap for survival and QPR know its now or never.

This is squeaky bum time.
