Rotherham United entertain Birmingham City on Sunday in another huge clash at the bottom of the table.

Three points for the Millers are vital after a disappointing defeat against Coventry City on Thursday. That result left them with a huge mountain to climb in terms of achieving survival.

A victory for the Blues would take them even closer to Championship survival and would place them nine points above the relegation zone and Rotherham.

  • Team news

The Millers are without defender Joe Mattock, who is ruled out with an ankle injury. There are no suspension concerns for manager Paul Warne.

As for the BluesJon Toral has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with a hamstring injury. Scott Hogan returned to training in the week but remains a doubt for a starting place.

  • Predicted lineups

Rotherham United: Johansson, MacDonald, Wood, Ihekwe, Harding, Wiles, Wing, Lindsay, Olosunde, Crooke, Smith.

Birmingham City: Etheridge, Colin, Roberts, Dean, Pedersen, Seddon, Šunjić, Gardner, McGree, Leko, Jutkiewicz.

  • Form guide

Rotherham come into this game on the back of a harrowing defeat to Coventry City at home. A second-half strike by Leo Ostigard helped the visitors secure all three points from the relegation six-pointer.

Lee Bowyer's Blues are flying. Since he replaced Aitor Karanka, he has overseen three wins out of his first five matches - with a 2-0 victory last time out against Stoke CityLukas Jutkiewicz's brace securing the three points.

  • Ones to watch

Rotherham - Lewis Wing

Wing is a player who has been a handful in the Championship these last few years. In his role as an attacking midfielder, he can cause numerous problems for defenders. He is good with the ball at his feet and he can also pick great spots to receive the ball.

Birmingham - Lukas Jutkiewicz

A brace in his last game, the 32-year-old will be wanting to add more goals to his tally before the season concludes. He has thrived since Bowyer came in as his side are playing to his strengths. More crosses have been going into the box allowing the striker more chances to score and be a nuisance.

  • How to watch

The game will be broadcast on Sky Sports. Kick-off is at 12:00 BST.
