Liverpool have earlier this morning announced they've agreed a deal and personal terms to sign Burnley striker Danny Ings, on the expiry of his current contract at the start of the summer transfer window, subject to a medical.
This announcement means that The Reds have completed their second piece of transfer business already, just a few weeks after the 2014-15 season finished horribly, with a 6-1 away thrashing against mid-table side, Stoke City. Valencia, Ajax and Borussia Monchengladbach were just a few European clubs interested in the 22-year-old, who would have become a free agent, but it was believed that the talented English forward wanted to stay in the Premier League, where he has flourished in his first campaign scoring 11 goals and creating 35 chances, in 35 matches played.
