Marcus Rashford has committed his future to Manchester United by signing a new long-term contract with his boyhood club.
The 18-year-old has had a rapid rise to this top since his phenomenal two-goal debut performance against FC Midtjylland in February in the UEFA Europa League. He has been rewarded with a four-year contract lasting until 2020 with the option of a further year extension.

The academy graduate has been the shining light of United's drab season and scored eight goals in 18 matches. Most recently, having scored on his Europa League, Premier League and FA Cup debuts, he scored just two minutes into his senior England debut against Australia on Friday evening.
On his new contract, he told the club that he is "delighted" with the deal and having "always been a Manchester United fan," it makes "playing in the first team" be like "a dream come true." At a lot of clubs, the chance of first team football for academy players is rare, but not so at Manchester United. Rashford said he is "grateful for having the chance to prove myself," and "to be able to play football at the biggest club in the world means everything to me and my family."
