The hooter has gone and the game is over. After a brilliant game of Rugby League, the Sydney Roosters end the Parramatta Eels' unbeaten run and are 24-10 victors in Saturday's final game

Two minutes to go and the Sydney Roosters have truly found their form. They've been extraordinary this second half

Flanagan converts for the second time today and the score is now 24-10

TRY SYDNEY ROOSTERS 22-10

They've found their way back into the game in brilliant fashion and now lead by 12 points. 

Morris plays through Tupou on the wing and he runs in behind before touching the ball down

After a good start for the Eels since the break, the Roosters have regained their eight-point advantage and are now dominating.

Is there any chance that the Eels can find a way back in these final six minutes?

Flanagan scores the penalty kick and gets another two for the Roosters

The Roosters will now have a penalty kick

Jennings finds himself placed in the sin-bin for deliberately standing offside

The roosters come close again and are just tackled within a few metres of the try area

The penalty kick is fired between the posts and it is 16-10 to the Roosters

Fifteen minutes to go and a penalty for the Roosters after a fight between a few players

The try is comfortably converted and it's 14-10 to the Roosters

TRY SYDNEY ROOSTERS 12-10

Just when the Eels earn themselves the lead, Keary breaks through the Eels defence and Boyd Cordner scores the Roosters' second try of the game

An incredible conversion from Mitchell Moses and its 8-10 to the visitors

TRY PARRAMATTA EELS

Nobody was stopping Maika Sivo there, he runs down the right wing, bounces off of a Tedesco and touches the ball down just inside of the area

Despite the Eels' incredible attack, the Roosters' defence is still holding well and they once again shut out a great forward run from the visitors

No Try is given as the decision with a line dropout awarded to the Roosters

It's all going on, the Eels find the ball in the end zone and No Try is given on the field but it is going to the Video referee

26 minutes left to go and the game is living up to its expectations. The Roosters haven't been able to break down the Eels defence as easily as in the first half but they still look very dangerous going forwards

It's been much, much better for the Eels this half and they are attacking wonderfully with free-flowing, passing play.

Can they close the gap?

The Eels are back in the game after the break and they've attacked very well, looking like a completely different team

TRY PARRAMATTA EELS

It's 8-4 and Jennings has scored a try for the Eels. He dummies the Roosters defenders on the outside and dives through a gap to touch the ball down to score the Eels' first try of the day

The Eels have started the second half well, putting on lots of pressure and coming close to scoring

Half Time: Roosters 8-0 Eels

Flanagan comfortably kicks from in front of the goal ane extends the Roosters' lead to 8-0 going into half time

Sydney have a penalty with less than a minute left. 

They'll kick towards goal to try and extend the league to 8 points

The Roosters come close again through Morris but they just can't reach the try line

The Eels think they score a try, but a penalty is given to the Sydney Roosters for having a player tackled in mid air

Four minutes to go. Can the Eels get anything back before the break?

Roosters going forward inside of Paramatta's 40 and presenting a real attacking threat

Seven minutes left and either side have already made a couple of changes. 

It's been a superb 33 minutes so far

First real test for the Roosters defence as Ferguseon gets over the line but three defenders carry him over the sideline

The Roosters are keeping up their high-pressing play and impressing down the right-wing. Parramatta are trying to get back at them but just can't seem to break down the World Champions' defence

The Roosters have a penalty and will kick for goal

The Roosters have settled into this first half and are currently have the upper hand.

Brett Morris makes 15 metres on the right-wing and turns an average play into a great one, just getting the ball down to score a try.

The Roosters play the ball into the end zone but nobody can get to it.

Nearly 20 minutes played and it's the Roosters who are dominating, putting on lots of pressure inside of the opposition 10

The roosters just play too quickly for themselves and a pass to the wing falls a couple of metres ahead of Morris

Roosters go forwards again but are caught out five short of the line

An unsuccessful captain's challenge from the Parramatta Eels as a knock-on is given

15 minutes gone so far and both sides looking very positive

Parramatta are looking very dangerous going down the right-hand 

An incredible run forward from the Eels after a tackle within 10 yards to bring it all the way to the opposition 20

Nine minutes played so far, an end-to-end game between the Roosters and the Eels which is living up to expectations

The game keeps up its fast pace and the Roosters edge ever closer to the try line but just can't get it over and the set fizzles out

A great run forwards from Josh Morris down the left-wing who makes around 60 metres and nearly reaches the try line

A very fast-paced game so far, with either side gaining quite a lot of distance on their attacks

The eels go forwards but can't make any sort of challenge from their set

A high octane first few minutes, but the Roosters just can't connect with a ball kicked through the middle of the posts

Roosters to break Eels' run?

If there's any team that may stand a chance of breaking the Parramatta Eels' current victorious streak, it's last year's World Champions.

Eels to carry on unbeaten run?

The Parramatta Eels are the only side in the NRL who have won each of their games that they have played so far, with five wins from as many matches.

On ten points, they have a game in hand and a one-point advantage on the Newcastle Knights and Penrith Panthers and will be looking to extend that lead on Sunday morning?
