Sutton United look to bounce back as they return home to Gander Green Lane to face Carlisle United in their latest EFL League Two fixture on Saturday afternoon.

The Yellow Army saw their two-match winning streak stopped with a 2-0 defeat at Exeter City, but still sit 18th in the latest league table. Carlisle drew 2-2 with Scunthorpe United last Saturday and are four places above their hosts.

Team news

Sutton are without Jonathan Barden and Tobi Sho-Silva as they continue to recover from their injuries. Issac Olaofe may be included in the squad after returning on loan from Millwall. Kylian Kouassi has been sent out on loan to Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Josh Dixon is making progress from his long-term injury for Carlisle, but is still a month away from returning. Midfielder Danny Devine is back in training while Lewis Alessandra, Brennan Dickenson and Lewis Young all may be handed starts.

Predicted line-ups

Sutton United: Bouzanis; Kizzi, Goodliffe, John, Milsom; Ajiboye, Eastmond, Smith, Boldewijn; Bennett, Wilson

Carlisle United: Norman; Armer, Whelan, McDonald, Mellor; Mellish, Guy, Dickinson; Alessandra, Young, Gibson

Ones to watch

Richie Bennett

He bagged both goals in the Yellow Army's first-ever league victory over Stevenage, which saw him add to his tally of 12 goals in 73 appearances over the last two years. Tall, strong and with an eye for goal, he'll look to put himself about and will be a threat from set pieces.

Jon Mellish

The Carlisle midfielder has scored in two of his last three matches for the Cumbrians and looks to continue his run of goals, taking his tally to 15 in 69 appearances since joining from Vanarama National League side Gateshead.
