The good news shows no signs of slowing from a Doncaster Belles perspective, as the club announced that Kasia Lipka had signed professional terms with the WSL 1 side.
Lipka looking for successful WSL 1 season
Lipka, an England under-23 international and gold medalist at the World University Games, has been at the Keepmoat since 2009.
Since joining from Blackburn Rovers and quickly establishing herself as a member of the first-team squad, the 22-year-old has worked her way up the ranks with both club and country.
Comfortable in possession with the eye to pick a pass and use the ball well when going forward, Lipka's performances will be vital to Doncaster's success this season.
Doncaster making waves
The Winter business by the Belles and manager Glen Harris has been nothing short of superb, as Doncaster look to consolidate a place in top division.
Nicola Hobbs and Rhiannon Roberts signed professional deals earlier on in the off-season, while goalkeeper Anna Moorhouse joined from Durham. Sam Tierney also penned a new contract with Harris' side.
There was no doubting the biggest move of all, however, as Courtney Sweetman-Kirk commited her future to the club and their spectacular Project Phoenix.
The 25-year-old bagged 20 goals in 18 WSL 2 games last term and will be hoping to do similar things again this time round.
Lipka and Harris have their say
There was no doubting Lipka's happiness as she signed the contract, “It feels absolutely brilliant. Becoming a professional footballer is something I've always wanted."
She added, "I never thought I'd get the opportunity to do it. It's brilliant." Lipka highlighted her six season stay, and how great it was to "start here" and then be able to "push on".
The 22-year-old admitted she had "strong feelings towards the club", so much so that it "feels like a family".
The midfielder said that it was "a very easy decision" to extend after the club got promoted and went full time.
Manager Harris called Lipka the “coach’s dream”, due to her desire to "get on the ball" and also how "comfortable" she is with it.
Harris also had praise for her "keen[ness] to improve" and the "tremendous work ethic" she possesses.
