Game of the Week:

Broncos - Seahawks

It's the game that most have been waiting for since the release of the schedule. For only the 6th time, and the first since 1997, there will be a Super Bowl rematch the following season.  The Broncos took a severe beating from the Seahawks, 43-8, in Super Bowl XLVIII as Seattle shoved the NFL's top offense around from the first snap.

7 1/2 months later the two teams meet again, this time in Seattle (the Broncos and Seahawks faced each other in the first preseason game of 2014, but the starters played only a couple of series before giving way to the reserves).  Both teams have undergone change since the Super Bowl.  The 2014 Broncos alone have 10 new starters heading into Sunday's game that weren't in the lineup for the Super Bowl.

One thing that has stayed the same is the home-field advantage for the Seahawks that is still as loud and emotional as ever.  The 12th man will be evident come Sunday and may be enough to push the Seahawks over the top.

Each week NFL writers for VAVEL Sports will be making their picks for every NFL game during the season.
