Unfortunately, that's all we've got time for tonight. We've been Mosope Ominiyi and Oliver Emmerson, taking you through a memorable night for Manchester City. Until next time, goodnight.

Elsewhere in Europe tonight, Real Madrid beat Wolfsburg 3-0. They'll join City in the last four, having won that tie 3-2. Atletico Madrid - Barcelona and Benfica - Bayern Munich are tomorrow's two games.

It's all over! Manchester City were in the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time ever, and now they're in the semi-finals for the first time ever. Marvellous run from the Citizens in Manuel Pellegrini's final season in charge.

Manchester City (3) 1-0 (2) Paris Saint-Germain - de Bruyne 76'.

Full-time, Manchester City are in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals!

90+2: Ever ambitious, Toure attempts to curl one in from 30 yards. It fails, but wastes a few more seconds. Final home change, Iheanacho on for Aguero.

90: Three minutes of stoppage time, City would need to concede two very late goals to lose it from here.

87: Fabian Delph on for David Silva.

86: Another scare for City as Ibrahimovic bundles in a cross, but pain turns to relief as the flag goes up. Right decision, the Swede was miles off.

84: Yaya Toure on for the final few minutes. He comes on for de Bruyne, who is unsurprisingly given a huge ovation as he trudges off the field of play.

80: Top save! Fernando is pick-pocketed in midfield, losing the ball which allows Cavani to be put through on goal. Hart rushes out, narrows the angle and blocks brilliantly with his left arm. That's a huge moment, as conceding would have made for an extremely nervy 10 minutes.

78: PSG are going to throw men forward now, and more space for City is already evident. The man the away side don't want to pick up the ball, Aguero, does so before slipping as he shoots and hitting his shot just wide. You'd fancy City for a second goal here.

76: It's a dominant spell of possession for City, as they keep the ball from a beaten PSG team. Another Gael Clichy cross evades everyone at first, before Fernando rolls the ball back to de Bruyne. The midfielder beats his man with an excellent first touch, before wrapping his foot around the ball and bending it into Kevin Trapp's bottom corner. The French team now require two goals in 14 minutes!

GOALLLL!!! DE BRUYNE PUTS MANCHESTER CITY AHEAD!

71: As Fernandinho commits another careless foul in midfield, I am left wondering just how City's Brazilian pairing have avoided a booking between them so far. Still, they get away with the free-kick, and they've got less than 20 minutes to survive now.

68: Two yellow cards in quick succession, Pastore and Van der Wiel those carded.

65: Ooooh, a nervy moment for City. Thiago Silva gets a free run from a corner, rises well but heads it into the ground and sees the ball tipped over by Hart. He's normally much better from that position.

61: Another attacking change for the visitors, Aurier replaced by Javier Pastore. Things aren't happening for them going forward, and they need something from somewhere quickly.

56: Aurier comes steaming through Fernandinho with a challenge, and despite the protests of the home fans, avoids giving away a foul as the referee deems he got the ball.

54: Lucas Moura taps the ball in from a low Maxwell cross, but the left-back was offside before he made it and the goal won't count.

48: Good save! Ibrahimovic hits it low, around the wall, Hart gets across his goal excellently to push the ball well wide.

47: Fernando trips Cavani about 20 yards away from Joe Hart's goal. Free-kick given, Ibrahimovic gets another chance...

45: Back underway in the second half!

Job half done for Manchester City, if it stays like this they're through. They'd have liked to have scored that penalty though...

Half-time: Manchester City 0-0 PSG (2-2 on aggregate)

45: Three minutes of added time go up on the board.

43: Bad news for the away side as Thiago Motta is forced off, clutching his hamstring. It's an attacking change though, Lucas Moura comes on for him - Di Maria into a central midfield role.

40: Mixup in the PSG defence just after they get the ball back following a long spell of home possession. Aurier's sloppy pass falls to Navas, who curls wide. Fair to say that the winger isn't known for his goalscoring.

37: Brief panic amongst the Manchester City support as a stretcher is rushed over to Aguero, but he waves it away. The game continues eventually, with City's star man back on the pitch.

35: Aguero's penalty miss isn't the only concern for City fans, he's just hit the deck again. The striker has been down on the ground clutching body parts a few times in the game already, but this is the first time he's receiving treatment for it.

30: The home fans can't believe it! The man normally so cool from the spot, Sergio Aguero puts the penalty wide. He attempted to slot it into the bottom corner, but got his angles wrong, and the score remains 0-0. Will City live to regret that miss?

MISSED! Aguero puts it wide!

29: Aurier gives the ball away, all of a sudden Aguero's through. He goes round Trapp, the German taking him down. Yellow card for Trapp, as there was a man on the line attempting to clear. Aguero to take...

PENALTY TO MANCHESTER CITY!

26: Manchester City are growing into this game, having weathered a slight PSG storm. They don't do much initially from a free-kick, but a cool ball from de Bruyne slides in Silva from the resulting play, only for Silva's cross to be deflected wide.

23: Just wide! First real attack of intent for the home side. Good work from Silva and de Bruyne results in the Belgian playing in Aguero, who hits the side netting from a tight angle. Seconds later, Aguero picks the ball back up in midfield and hammers a dipping effort narrowly wide from range.

17: Zlatan's free-kick is powerful and dips just under the bar, but it's fairly central and easy enough for Joe Hart to tip over. 73% possession for PSG so far.

16: The home fans are quiet, possibly anxious at the fact they're not seeing their team control the ball all too much. Fernandinho and Fernando have been guilty of a couple of sloppy fouls so far, and now Ibrahimovic will line a resulting free-kick up from around 30 yards out.

8: The French side are growing into the game, keeping the ball smartly in midfield. However, an opportunity goes astray, Di Maria overhitting a pass to Cavani.

2: Decent start from City, having all the ball in the PSG half as they put together a nice passing move, one slick ball too many in the end as it goes out for a goal kick.

0: Kick-off, we're underway in Manchester!

Does this second-leg tie spell goals? Agüero has netted 16 goals in his last 19 Champions League starts, whilst Zlatan Ibrahimovic has scored in five consecutive Champions League starts.

The two teams are waiting patiently in the tunnel, the pre-match warm-ups are complete and we're less than ten minutes away from kick-off!

Unchanged for the sky Blues, whilst PSG seem to be starting with a three-at-the-back formation - two wingbacks deployed by Laurent Blanc in an intriguing selection choice.

Score predictions for tonight's spectacle? Neither will be particularly fancied as favourites, although City do boast the slight advantage in terms of the away goals accumulated - plus they have the home crowd cheering them on this evening.

Laurent Blanc's side will have to adapt accordingly as they'll miss both centre-back David Luiz and midfielder Blaise Matuidi - both picked up yellow cards in their home leg, and are consequently suspended for the fixture. Marco Verratti (groin) is a possibility to start for PSG, and will certainly be a small boost as Les Parisiens always seem to play better in the talented Italian's presence.

Onto PSG, tonight's visitors to Manchester...

Nicolas Otámendi (knock) and Eliaquim Mangala are expected to partner up as the hosts' centre-back pairing, whilst creative midfielder David Silva - not risked at the weekend - should return to the starting XI.

He'll definitely be a significant defensive blow, considering the frailties that have forced them to be nothing particularly more than an inconsistent side domestically this term.

Manuel Pellegrini has already confirmed that captain Vincent Kompany is not in contention to feature, despite being involved in first-team training yesterday morning. The Belgian centre-back was hoping to recover in time to feature, following his troublesome calf injuries, but the Citizens have decided it's in their best interests to avoid aggravation for the skipper, despite the importance of the tie itself.

Starting with today's hosts, Manchester City...

In terms of early team news, here is the lowdown for both sides:

Olli Emmerson will be delivering the live minute-by-minute commentary and consequently taking over from me once the team news is confirmed as he did last week, but until then, stay tuned for the latest here on VAVEL!

Following an enthralling 2-2 draw in Paris last Wednesday, this corresponding fixture carries more weight than the first! The eventual winner of tonight's spectacle will progress into the Champions League semi-finals - for the first time in the club's history, regardless of which side is victorious.

Hello again everyone, good afternoon! My name's Mosope Ominiyi, and I'll be once again bringing you all of the pre-match build-up ahead of what promises to be an intriguing tie between two European heavyweights: Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.
