Another week and another Shane McMahon episode of Monday Night RAW and once again RAW was top notch as we saw an uneasy alliance between two former foes, The WWE Women’s Championship was on the line. A match that could have had Payback implications and much more as RAW was live in the City of Angels, Los Angeles.

1. The WWE Universe loves Shane McMahon

Most of the WWE fans thought that Shane McMahon would only be in charge of Monday Night RAW once but due to huge fan support on social media Shane O’ Mac was granted control of Monday night’s hottest show again. WWE's Twitter announced that Shane O' Mac would be in charge of RAW on Monday night in Los Angeles. One of the main questions then becomes what will his continued success mean to the overall power base of WWE. Is the landscape of WWE beginning to change?

2. The New Day Have the X firmly On Their Back Again

Shane McMahon put together a tournament in the hopes of naming new #1 contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championships held by The New Day. There were wins for The Dudleys and The Usos who know each other and both also know The New Day well too.

As this tournament begins to progress The New Day will be looking to scout any potential suitors for their championships. With Enzo and Cass emerging as well this looks like a good tournament.

3. New Arrivals put the Locker Room on Notice

After The Usos defeated Curtis Axel and Heath Slater two guys hit the ring to dismantle the two-time Slammy Award winning tag team of the year. It would turn out to be Machine Gun, Karl Anderson and former WWE Superstar Luke Gallows. Without saying a word the New Japan Pro Wrestling veterans made a huge statement. Many fans are speculating that they could be here to form Bulletproof.

4. AJ Styles is building momentum.

AJ Styles came out knowing that his spot at Payback against Roman Reigns was secure but Sami Zayn came out knowing a win would make the match at Payback a triple threat for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Both men gave it their all and the fans were treated to what this author thinks could very well be a match of the year contender.

Sadly for The Underdog of the Underground he came up short against Roman Reigns’ current No. 1 Contender, AJ Styles and the main event is still a one on one affair at Payback.

5. The Worst of Enemies Can Make The Best Tag Team.

The main event of RAW saw Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt take on Sheamus & Alberto Del Rio. Wyatt showed the Champion that he deserved trust as they joined together in what can only be described as an unholy union but Wyatt is not looking past the threat of The League of Nations as he and his family look to continue on their path of destruction.
