The first live SmackDown show will take place on 19th July and will feature its own unique roster and it appears there may be some insight as to who is on the show.

Big stars for SmackDown

WWE have advertised AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens and The Club (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) for the first live edition of Tuesday night SmackDown.

Having AJ Styles on SmackDown is interesting, as this suggests that he will be the top heel on the blue side of the WWE following his turn last week on RAW

It is also believed that John Cena will be the top babyface on SmackDown which makes sense due to his current feud with AJ that will obviously go on for more than one PPV.

Chris Jericho is also advertised for SmackDown, and this could come as a surprise to some fans as many believed his current run with the WWE was coming to an end after a tweet he made a few weeks ago.

A possible title for Kevin Owens?

The inclusion of Kevin Owens seems intriguing as recently he has established himself as one of the most entertaining talents in WWE and surely the brand split provides a perfect opportunity to put a title around KO's waist.

Could this be in Ko's future?

More names advertised for a live event

There are more names that have been advertised for a Smackdown brand live event on 23rd August and this includes the New Day and Cesaro.

With rumors recently flying about whether or not any tag teams will be split up, it seems that the New Day are sticking together. It is understandable that the New Day will be on SmackDown as their feud with the Club has just begun and these two teams will surely make for entertaining action on Tuesday nights.
