It was a five-star performance from Chelsea, as their 5-0 win over Everton has sent them top of the Premier League table.
It was stellar first-half performance from Antonio Conte's side, with goals from Eden Hazard and Marco Alonso inside the first 20 minutes before Diego Costa added a third just before the break.
They continued that dominance into the second period, with Hazard adding his second before the hour mark, with Pedro rounding off the scoring in the 65th minute.
What a start
The Blues knew they had the opportunity to go top, after leaders Manchester City's 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough.
They certainly showed that they meant business, scoring two goals in very quick succession.
The first came in the 19th minute, Nemanja Matic played it to Costa who played it onto Hazard. The Belgian did well to cut in from the left flank, driving into the area before finding the far corner, with Maarten Stekelenburg wishing he did better.
The Dutch goalkeeper's night didn't get any better, as the Blues doubled their lead just a minute later.
Hazard was involved once again, playing it through to Pedro with the Spaniard laying it off for compatriot Alonso. His effort went straight through the legs of Stekelenburg for his first goal with the Stamford Bridge outfit.
It was almost three in the 34th minute, as Alonso turned provider as he clipped it over to Victor Moses at the far post. However his first-time effort was straight off the post.
Quite the trio
The points were all but sealed three minutes from time, as Costa added his name to the score sheet.
It was poor defending from Ronald Koeman's side, as Matic flicked Hazard's corner to an unmarked Costa, who hammered home past a helpless Stekelenburg.
Getting better and better
Conte's side continued their dominance into the second period, with a good chance from Costa in the 52nd minute, but it took only four minutes after that chance to add their fourth.
It was brilliant play from Chelsea, with Hazard receiving the ball back from Pedro with a sublime back-heel. There was no stopping Hazard as he drove into the area once again, taking it beyond Ashley Williams before beating Stekelenburg at the near post.
Costa was searching for his second in the 63rd minute, as he was found by Alonso on the penalty spot, but his volley was smartly saved by Stekelenburg.
Finishing it off
Chelsea finished off their scoring with their fifth, and final goal in the 65th minute.
Costa did brilliantly to burst past Phil Jagielka, he laid it off for Hazard who was on his hat-trick. However Stekelenburg did well to save, but could only parry it into the path of Pedro who tapped it into a empty net.
Their choke hold on the match eased off from there, but still had enough time for one more decent opportunity.
It came in the 89th minute, as Moses tried one from the edge of the area, but Stekelenburg got down well.
