Three managers in the span of seven months is not the best of things for Tottenham Hotspur, but it finally seems like they have found the right person for the job.

Following Antonio Conte's official announcement by the team, the Spurs captain Hugo Lloris addressed the media to speak about the Italian's arrival.

"I believe in the club, I believe in the squad. I believe in every player in the changing room. I'm sure (Antonio) Conte and his staff will provide the best for us," Lloris said. "It is a great opportunity to work under one of the greatest managers in the last few years. It's time to believe in ourselves, in our team and our club."

Nuno's time

Although they were off to a good start of the season, things really din't work out between Nuno Espírito Santo and Spurs, considering the Portuguese manager was on the job for just four months.

Hugo Lloris addressed the media to talk about Nuno's time in London, and how important is for the team to look forward.

"Unfortunately it didn't work like we wanted (under Nuno). Now it's a new era, a new chapter. We have to take consideration it's never easy for a manager to be brought during the season. There are a lot of new informations the manager needs to get into our mind."

He also said he and the Tottenham players have to share the responsibility for so many sackings.

"We have to share the responsibility. It does not belong to one person. It belongs to everyone."

The French goalkeeper added that appointing Conte "shows a lot of ambition for Tottenham. But the players need to show their responsibility and their commitment. Now it's about finding the right combination together."
