Stoke City are entering a new era as a club, with Michael O'Neill's sacking last Thursday culminating in the appointment of Sunderland boss Alex Neil on Sunday, in what was a rollercoaster few days to be a Potters fan.
Neil watched on at Ewood Park on Saturday as his new side beat Blackburn Rovers 1-0 courtesy of a strike from captain Lewis Baker.
The Potters are 17th in the Championship table after six games, with two wins, one draw and three losses.
Swansea City are one of the seven teams below Stoke in the standings, with Russell Martin's men taking just five points from their first six games to leave them in 22nd spot.
The Swans last outing saw them fall to a 2-1 loss away to Middlesbrough, with Ben Cabango seeing red late on.

Team news
Stoke
Josh Laurent and Josh Tymon are still sidelined for at least another month with ankle problems.
Arsenal loanee Harry Clarke remains out for five weeks with a shin injury.
City also remain without long-term absentees Nick Powell and Harry Souttar with knee and ACL injuries respectively, with the former hoping to return to action in September.
Swansea
Russell Martin has brought in Luke Cundle and Armstrong Oko-Flex on season-long loan deals from Wolves and West Ham respectively, and both are expected to be listed among the substitutes on Wednesday evening.
Ben Cabango will miss the trip to Staffordshire as he serves a suspension for his red card picked up against Middlesbrough last time out.

Ones to watch
Liam Delap
19-year-old Delap is one of the hottest young prospects in English football at the minute, and so it seemed a surprise to many when he joined Stoke on loan this month after it was reported that Premier League side Southampton had tabled a bid in excess of £15 million for the striker.
He is still yet to open his account for the Potters, and will be hoping that a change in system and a start against a faltering Swansea defence will lead to a first goal.
Joel Piroe
Since arriving in South Wales from PSV last summer, 23-year-old frontman Piroe has fast established himself as one of the leading goalscorers in the second tier. He bagged 22 goals in 45 league games last season and finished as the fourth-highest scorer in the Championship.
So far this campaign he has scored just once in the opening six games, and has been subject of reported interest from Premier League sides throughout the transfer window.
