The Sacramento Kings have signed undrafted 7'5" big man Sim Bhullar to a contract. Bhullar was the tallest player entering the draft, however unfortunately he went undrafted earlier this week. Bhullar attended New Mexico State, where he was a dominant defensive force.

Bhullar averaged 10.4 points and 7.4 rebounds in the 2013-2014 season. Additionally, he added 3.4 blocks per game to his stat sheet. With his size, Bhullar has the potential to be one of the great defenders in today's NBA.

Bhullar will play for the Kings summer league team, where he will try to prove himself in the hopes of a training camp invite. If he does well, he will likely be signed and play in training camp, before heading off to the D-league to hone his skills.

If Bhullar ends up playing in the NBA, he will be the first Indian player to do so. He has stated that he wants to be an inspiration to the youth, and show them that they can do anything that they put their mind to. Bhullar will carry this message throughout the summer, as he looks to secure a contract with a NBA team.
