Four-time NBA All-Star and former Dunk Champion Blake Griffin is currently under investigation by Las Vegas Police. A man complained that he was physically attacked by Griffin during an argument that occurred in a strip club. According to authorities, Griffin was out partying at the Tao Nightclub with other teammates during this incident.
With the NBA season just right around the corner, Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers doesn’t think this will have a major effect. According to Rivers, he is very confident that things will end well and has full trust in his All Star.
Los Angeles Clipper spokesman Seth Burton has stated he is aware of the situation at hand, but has yet to make a comment on it. The Las Vegas club owner declined to make any statements on the incident as well.
No arrest has been made and the case still remains open. The league is also taking time to look into this incident.
Griffin was in the starting lineup against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night.
